Jessie is my new cleaner and has cleaned the house a few times now and I just wanted to add to my already existing review that Clean Queen has once again sent over an amazing person. I am very happy! Thank you Jessie 5 stars!!!

Sarah has been cleaning my home for many months, and this time around I needed some extra stuff like baseboards, oven… don’t even get me started on Holiday Ham….so Sarah was going to need an assist and they sent Jessie. These two could not have been a better team. They got it all done and the house looks amazing! They folded/rolled my blanket/throws - I didn’t ask them to do that! The house smells amazing… what Ham?!! Is this Lemon scent- a hint of bleach- with a dash of magic?! I want to smell this good!

And may I just say, I don’t normally gush over vacuuming, but I feel like I would be remiss if I didn’t say that the small area of my house that is carpeted has been vacuumed this day to a point that I want to run my hand over it like one might run their hand over freshly cut grass. A single tear runs down my cheek that anything I do in this moment only destroys the perfection that has been created here.

Thank you both for making my home feel more than just livable, thank you for making it feel lovable.

This first time I have had someone come in and deep clean my house, and it was worth it!!! Kailey did an awesome job and worked some miracles. Cash did a fantastic job on my half bath that is basically just for my cat’s litter box. For some reason the crown stickers on the toilet paper was a nice touch for me as well. Was a little pricey, but worth it. Just might do it again some day. Thank you again for deep cleaning my place😁

My family are new customers for Clean Queen. We’ve had them come by every other week for about two months now & they’re amazing. They’re always quite thorough, respectful & kind. Alyissa was here this last week & I felt like I had a new home when she was done. 10/10 recommend this company.

I had expressed interest in this company when I first moved here but their prices didn’t make sense.

I hired a cleaner who’s been on maternity leave for about a month and got an email from clean queens about a lowered deep cleaning from their recently trained employees. However they didn’t advise me that this wasn’t your standard deep clean that they provide a checklist for.

There were areas not dusted, areas not addressed and for 3.5 hours the apartment didn’t look much different. We allowed the cleaner to clean without interrupting her or being in her way but she may have needed a bit more guidance. For $200 for a 1/1 I expected more.

Basically, I learned you don’t cheat on your cleaner with a corporation. The corporation is more of a money grab than actually valuing and satisfying customers.

$200 is what I pay for my regular bi-weekly cleanings that leave my apartment looking better than a “deep cleaning” with clean queens.

I recommend obtaining your own cleaner through taskrabbit or local recommendations that aren’t large companies.

Clean Queen has changed my families life. With as much going on as we have, we couldn't do it all if it wasn't for Katie and her team! They are professional, reliable, and they perform above value every time. I highly recommend!

Our experience was awesome! We've tried other cleaners but Clean Queen has been the friendliest and the most thorough that we've tried. My wife and I asked Leandrah if she could help more with specific things and she was happy to help. We had family coming over later that week and the house was spotless for when they arrived.

Alyissa always does a phenomenal job cleaning our home every week. She pays attention to detail and rotates between giving certain areas extra attention on different weeks. I look forward to her coming every week and helping us maintain a clean house!

I would not use this company for a move out clean, they are severely overpriced and don’t pay attention to detail. They won’t even clean the interior windows or blinds without charging an up charge. They wanted to charge me $1000 for a two bedroom apartment even though I was quoted $850. They don’t clean under the fridge, how can you call that a move out clean? The girls were nice but lack basic cleaning training.

Update: Unfortunately I did not have the time to meet you guys again because I do not live there because it’s a move out clean. Maybe you guys should consider a checklist before leaving a site to insure a solid clean. Should be pretty standard for you to do that. The other spot was on the vent to my oven that wasn’t cleaned. I understand you don’t clean underneath fridges that are huge but this was an apartment fridge and the fridge had wheels. I moved it by myself. What is your excuse for all the mess on the floor next to the fridge, are you not supposed to clean the ins and outs of a kitchen on a move out clean? Doesn’t sound like a move out clean to me, sounds like a normal cleaning. It is not my fault that it takes you longer than it should to complete a job.

Coming home to Clean Queen's cleaning is like a breath of fresh air after a long workday. Their attention to detail, especially with my two fur babies shedding everywhere, has been a game-changer. With their help, managing black and white furniture and stainless steel appliances feels less daunting. Plus, it's been a lifesaver in keeping the peace among roommates. Their service is truly a blessing.

First of all, the CQ team is amazing! Christine & Vanessa were communicative, charming, polite, organized, & professional. While engaged in the cleaning process, they would be in communication with the Clean Queen office, who was ensuring an even higher level of service! All our questions were answered, & we received tips about how to prevent grime as we make the transition into our new home. We are grateful to the Clean Queens for making our move-out less stressful & more smooth!

I have used Clean Queen at two different times - about 2018-2020 ish, and in 2025 for the end of the year. I really recommend them - I always have an aweomse cleaner, and frequently get the same folks. The 'feed forward' system to be able to ask for specific tasks during the next clean and the scheduling is very easy to use. If you are uncertain about having cleaning people in your home, I recommend using Clean Queen - they care about doing a good job!

Shawnna did an amazing job! She was very quiet while working, and our house looks great. She's also very friendly, we enjoyed sharing stories and pictures of our cats.
