I had a deep clean recently and communicated with Hara. She was so understanding of my asks and replied promptly. Since I have had some issues with coming home to broken items after a cleaning, I was so pleased that didn’t happen with this company. I will definitely use them again!

This is the best cleaning company I've ever hired. I appreciate the flexibility to customize your price according to your specific needs. They conduct a walk-through before charging you. And if you're not satisfied with something afterwards, they will come back and make the necessary adjustments. The staff is incredibly friendly. I was absolutely blown away. They are super thorough. 10/10 recommended

Quality, speedy service! Alma and Jackie were able to clean our whole in under 3 hours. Also, the Chloe cleaning staff are very responsive and did a great job keeping in touch throughout the process.

We had Michelle come and do a move in clean of a newly renovated place and she did absolutely amazing. The seller did a construction clean but it was by no means detailed. We have young kiddos so to move them into a clean place is very comforting. We are so thrilled at the detail and quality. She was very professional and let us know the vents were blowing some dust so we should get those cleaned soon. They must not have done that after construction. We will recommend them to everyone!

We hired 2 all stars today for a deep cleaning with the heavy duty extras. Worth every penny. Our dad's place hasn't been cleaned in years and some of the rooms were filthy. Their crew was able to tackle some serious grime and did a whole 1 bedroom house in just a couple hours. Now we can have the new care team for our dad able to support him in a much cleaner place. I was very happy with the service I received. Alma and her sister were very thorough and professional. Hara on the phone was very accommodating and willing to work very hard to make sure my appointment happened even with the rescheduling after someone called in sick. Everything still got done before my time frame. I will definitely use Chloe's cleaning again and recommend to others.

This house cleaning was my attempt to show my appreciation of the hard work that my wife does for us. I and even more importantly, my wife, was very pleased with, Catherine, the Castle Fresh person, sent to make that surprise happen.

She was a great time manager. She consulted with me when she first arrived (on time) to confirm what were the priority items that must be done by the end of her day. Two or three times during the day she gave me quick updates as to what she had completed vs what yet needed to be accomplish and if she thought she had enough time to finish the tasks she had committed to complete. At my real world job, I wish I had paid consultants that were as conscientious in giving me project updates.

Catherine never sat down for a minute. She practically ran from task to task. Her attention to detail was wonderful.

I cannot swear that all of the Castle Fresh employees are the same. This was the first time that I had used their service. Kudos to Brian, her manager, for recognising her talents and hiring her.

We had a great experience with this Castle Fresh! We got to use their services for a couple cleanings until we unexpectedly sold our condo. I'd recommend Castle Fresh! I absolutely loved the way they folded the towels and toilet paper! It was like staying in a resort!

We just moved into our new condo and wow ... the sellers left the home grimy. Karen arrived promptly and worked non-stop for over 6 hours! Our home looks great and she had a lot to clean!

I hired castle fresh. Their maids are inconsistent. One (Monica) is incredible & reliable.

The rest will waste 3 hours cleaning a room that’s perfectly clean & doesn’t need it.

My recommendation is to be incredibly directive with what you want. You can’t trust them to clean on their own.

We have had great experiences with Castle Fresh. Brian, the president of the company, is incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. The cleaning staff do a very thorough job and we have been pleased with and appreciative of their work.

Last week we had a deep clean from Castle Fresh. To be honest I didn't know what to expect. My house was already fairly clean (or so I thought). I was thinking maybe they vacuum and tidy up a bit. But it was way more than that. They literally did everything. And some things we hadn't done in a while but I didn't notice until it was cleaned.

I was so happy to have some of those items like dusting the blinds and baseboards done. The lady spent a good hour just in our master bedroom. It was sparkling.

It's crazy how much better an actual professional can make things look in comparison with your teenage daughters (no offense girls).

We are really looking forward to the bi-weekly cleanings we signed up for with Castle Fresh.

I needed a deep clean at my condo ASAP for an incoming tenant. I called Castle Fresh and spoke with the owner, Brian. He was able to fit my condo into their schedule at the exact date and time I needed with little to know heads-up. The cleaner, Briana, showed up right on time and did a amazing job cleaning my condo. Everything looked brand new. Will definitely be using Castle Fresh again in the future.

I use Castle Fresh for every other week cleaning. I am very lucky that it is always Shelley or Bridget who come. They are fantastic. Whenever I have questions or want to change something I call and talk to Brian and he makes it happen. I just had my cleaning in time for Thanksgiving. It is the best my house has ever looked with the relatives coming into town. I will continue to use them for all of my cleaning needs.

I am always pleased with the quality and attentiveness to detail that Castle Fresh provides. I appreciate the flexibility in doing only the items that I request as my needs change each time. They use environmental and allergy friendly natural cleaners and get many things clean that I cannot. Finally, they will come and clean on a sporadic interval as my needs arise!
