Awesome service. Anahi did an excellent job.

Renee (the owner) is great! She's responsive, listens well, and took the time to understand our needs. Overall, she was pleasant to work with and her team is also solid. Monica is our regular, but we've had a couple others come through if scheduling doesn't work out (usually because we change things up) and everyone who has subbed in has been great! Overall, really pleased with the service and value.

I recently purchased my first home and wanted to get a move-in clean before we moved all of our stuff in. Castle Fresh was able to accommodate me on short notice (I truly appreciated that). Overall, the clean was good and the ladies that cleaned our home were incredibly nice. Couple things to be mindful of though: freezer cleans are extra (even if the fridge and freezer are one unit). Window and wall “washing” and wiping are essentially the same thing, which is also extra.

This was my first time using a cleaning service, so I was a bit unfamiliar with the terminology and thought I’d be getting services that were not included in the base price. My cleaner did miss a few spots, which Castle Fresh was very accommodating with getting someone back out ASAP to correct the issues. Overall, I would recommend their company and service but if you are a first time user like myself, be sure to ask questions to make sure you are getting the services that you think you’re getting.

CastleFresh has been god sent for me and my husband. We starting using their services when we moved into our new home in 2020 and i have been using their services ever since. Every staff member they have sent over to my house so far has been amazing - Professional, respectful, hard-working. I have never faced any issues with the quality of work. They just keep setting the bar high. I cannot think of any other service provider, who has been this professional, punctual and organized. I recommend CastleFresh to everyone who are looking to bring in some help cleaning. Brian has done an amazing job building this team. He is very responsive and ready to listen, no matter what the reason. As long as I am in the areas they service, CastleFresh will ALWAYS be my first choice.

I have been using Castle Fresh for about a year. We've been really happy with the service! The house is extremely clean, and they are really responsive to feedback. I'd highly recommend them- we have used other services and it seemed like a waste of money. Castle Fresh is a service that I pretty much can't live without!

I've tried multiple cleaning agencies and Castle Fresh is by far the best. The owner is very friendly and always calls the day before to confirm my appointment. I'm pretty picky when it comes to getting my house cleaned by someone else and Castle Fresh does a fantastic job every time! One of the best qualities about them is they take notes on anything you ask them to clean and make sure it is done the first time they come out. Such has cleaning baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, refrigerator, etc...!

Brian was amazing with regard to providing information about their service, pricing (Very reasonable) and being able to customize/accommodate my needs. Katie was punctual, very pleasant on the phone, did a wonderful job, and I appreciate her hard work. I would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the cleaning product leaving the flooring somewhat sticky and not as clean as I would have liked. However, I would still recommend Castle Fresh highly.

My brother needed some help with cleaning, so I called Castle Fresh. I live in California and was able to get everything set up and paid for over the phone. They were super friendly and helpful. My brother loved the cleaning, and I was so happy with everything! I highly recommend Castle Fresh!

Castle Fresh House Cleaning is the best cleaning service around. I have gone through about 3 different cleaning companies, all of which performed a deep clean of my house and Castle was the only one that went above and beyond. Angel, who cleaned our house was amazing in every detail, from the ceiling fans to our kitchen cabinets. Angel addressed to me that our kitchen cabinets were covered in grease, I had no idea. Once she once done, the cabinets looked brand new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a spotless home.

It’s hard to find reputable, professional house cleaning companies that serve the foothills, so I’m very happy to have found Castle Fresh! Brian answered all of my questions when I called and was able to find a time for my house to be cleaned in a tight timeframe. The housecleaner was on time, professional, quiet, and thorough. I have been using castle fresh for a couple of months. They are always on time. They call twenty to thirty minutes before they arrive just as a reminder. They do an outstanding job. Recently I had a surgery and am not supposed to lift more than six pounds. They were so thoughtful. They set things in my house in a way I wouldn’t have to lift things. I appreciate their thorough and great job. They always exceed my expectations.

My experience with Castle Fresh was extremely pleasant and stress free. The scheduler I spoke with made the process easy and got an appointment promptly set up for my cleaning job. A team of 2 women arrived exactly on time, were courteous and pleasant and they both worked very diligently, not even stopping for a break. My bathrooms were absolutely stunning! Everything was gleaming and immaculately disinfected. All of their work was above satisfaction and I was thrilled!

My sister-in-law also enjoyed the professional job they provided for her in her Highlands Ranch home. Due to illness, she was limited in her capacity to clean and the Castle Fresh women who arrived not only cleaned beautifully but they assisted her up and down the stairs and helped her to organize a few areas of concern to her.
