Our first experience with Castle Fresh was a deep clean spring cleaning. We had no intention of hiring a regular cleaning service, as my husband and I felt that no one could meet our high standards (and had discontinued several services in the past due to disappointing results). After one cleaning with Castle Fresh, we immediately scheduled regular cleaning, and have been beyond thrilled each time. Brian and his team are wonderful to work with - responsive, timely and detailed. We were so pleased we have even hired Castle Fresh to clean my Dad's house regularly, a true vote of confidence. Also, if the quality of their work isn't enough, Brian has worked tirelessly (and I'm guessing with personal sacrifice) to keep his staff working and receiving pay during this very difficult time for small businesses. Schedule Brian and his team and you will not be disappointed!!

I've been using Castle for monthly house cleaning for 3 or 4 years now. I appreciate their professionalism, work ethic and friendly attitude. I've felt comfortable with every single employee who has entered our home, and it's always nice to have a sparkling house when they leave. The owner takes good care of his employees and genuinely cares about each and every one of them. And in return they have all had only good things to say about him, which I believe is a good way to judge a company's integrity.

I have used several cleaning services over the years, while living in different cities. Hands down, Castle Fresh is THE BEST. They are prompt, courteous, honest, professional, transparent with their pricing, and provide the most consistent, highest quality cleanings. With other cleaning companies I always had to request a certain cleaner because quality varied, but not with Castle Fresh. Every single team member does a great job and they are wonderful people. And, most important, this company CARES, truly cares about their employees. I love the newsletters they send out announcing their employee of the month or new team members. I appreciate how they make everyone part of their Castle Fresh family.

It's not easy for us to afford professional house cleaning, but we are so happy with Castle Fresh that we find ways to fit it into the budget. Customer service is excellent - I always receive prompt, helpful responses to phone calls and emails, and they go out of their way to deliver what we need. The people who have come to our house to clean are friendly, professional, efficient, and excellent at their work. We have been very impressed with the quality of cleaning, every time. We finally signed up for twice-a-month cleanings on an ongoing basis, and it's hugely valuable for our well-being and quality time together as a family. Five stars!

We have had Castle Fresh cleaning our home now for five years. We have had many different cleaners in our time. I love Castle Fresh because Brian, the business owner, is totally and immediately accessible, the service is excellent, the workers are lovely people every one, and communicate directly with the clients as well. They do an excellent job cleaning and have a long list of extra services which they are happy to provide. I cannot overstate how much I love and appreciate this company!

I have been a Castle Fresh customer for years now. Their cleaners are reliable, professional, friendly and thorough. I’ve hired them for one-time cleanings, biweekly service, and deep cleans. They do a great job cleaning, and my family appreciates the little special touches - like making a cute arrangement of the stuffed animals on the bed and folding the end of the TP roll in the bathrooms into a little triangle. I feel like the company really cares for me as a customer and they take care of their employees, too. It’s always a happy day when Castle Fresh has paid a visit.

We have been using Castle Fresh for about 2 years now. We tried several other cleaning services prior to trying Castle Fresh and felt like we were settling. With Castle Fresh, we get a thorough cleaning of all their guaranteed services every time. They offer a reasonable price for us, which is a blessing. Typically we get one of the same gals as our cleaning lady (there are two who we typically may get, one or the other), but occasionally we do get another gal and all of them have been so great and very friendly. Mikaila is our typical cleaning gal and we love having her and appreciate her thoroughness and friendliness. Renee runs the company and is always accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Castle Fresh!

I've been with Castle Fresh for many years now. The cleaners have always done a great job. The very few times that something has gone sideways, Renee has always taken care of my concern. I have my 'favorites,' and, while CF can't guarantee they will always be the ones to come to my house, they really try to keep 2-3 consistent people. I enjoy it when they are here -- personable but not intrusive. And they are kind to our pet.

Wonderful job today as always. Katie is superb and a pleasure to have in our home. She does an amazing job, above and beyond the call of duty. Always on time and cheerful, ready to work. Wonderful with our lab too! Thank you so much Katie and Castle Fresh!

I hired this business for spring clean up of our home. Did not receive the services promised in outline of description. Team cleaned up leaves and 2 very small window wells. I had just mowed the front lawn so that did not need to be done. No trees were trimmed as expected in quote. Hefty fee if $384. They did offer to send techs back at reduced fee of $100 per hour but declined. Would not recommend at this time. ****I want to give an update on my earlier review to include that the service reached out to me to apologize for my concerns. They offered to return at a reduced rate of $100 per hour to complete the job to my satisfaction and cleared the invoice. I appreciated their efforts, I am a really easy customer to please. I had scheduled to have an estimate completed with initial inquiry and waited all afternoon and no one showed up. Had this occurred, I think this could have helped . I chose not to have them return based on initial experience but I want to recognize they reached out. Giving them A+ for customer service. Saw many positive reviews , wish we could have been one.
