Cory B was awesome!! He was able to fit us in a day early and was so personable and fixed the issue throughly. He explained the problem and double checked unit to ensure it was working properly. All Redline technicians have been awesome and Cory was the cherry on top!

After 2 weeks sweltering in the 90°+ days in Denver…

Redline was the 3rd company I called to bid out a furnace repair (central air). Derek was amazing. Not only did he discover what was actually wrong with my unit, in which TWO other businesses misdiagnosed, he got it up and running within an hour or so. Derek was also very informative letting us know what type of maintenance and frequency we should be doing ourselves.
Redline will be my first call moving forward for all my HVAC needs.

P.S. The office staff was so friendly and helpful when I called to scheduled and that is always super appreciative when dealing with home repairs!

Redline was very responsive and prompt in scheduling and Derek was awesome. Huge attention to detail and was able to answer all my questions in detail. He also pointed out some things that I was unaware of that needed repaired but definitely didn’t try to “up sell” anything. Would highly recommend Derek and Redline to anyone.

We have used Redline on numerous occasions, they have consistently been very professional and helpful. Always courteous and accommodating. They work diligently to problem solve the issue and resolve the problem. Would highly recommend them. Derek, in particular, has been awesome and we have really appreciated the consistency in having Derek out, as he has gotten to know our HVAC/AC system and is able to trouble shoot quicker knowing the system.

The weather got cold on Monday, and I woke up and turned the heat on only to find the furnace was not producing heat. In a mild panic I did some calling around, and spoke with several companies before calling Redline.

I got in touch with Jackie from Redline, and I was absolutely blown away by how friendly, cheerful, and helpful she was! She was able to schedule someone to come to the house in two days, instead of the 10+ days like everyone else I had talked with. Jackie's positivity was infectious, and speaking with her put me in a much better mood.

Two days later, Derek showed up on my doorstep. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the issue quickly, and he thoroughly explained exactly what was happening. He shared some great suggestions on how to maintain it and what to look for in the future. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Redline is now my go-to for any future HVAC needs!

I got several quotes and did extensive research before selecting an installer for a new heat pump and furnace. Redline was right in line with other companies and the installer, Derek, was very knowledgeable and helped me make some decisions. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work, did a good job, respected my home and were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Redline and Derek!

We have used Redline for repairs maintenance and installation. They have been awesome to work with. On time, professional, honest and reasonably priced. Even during the hottest time of year! I would highly recommend them. All of the tech we have worked with are great, but Cory is even a knotch above excellent!

Derek has been out to service our water heater a few times. He is always on time, professional, and courteous, and takes time to explain everything to me. He’s always gotten it back up and running, but it was an old water heater and the day came when she had heated her last shower. He was out today and installed a new one for us. He had it installed, and ready to go quickly and efficiently. I also would like to add that Alicia, who I spoke to when calling them, is a pleasure. I appreciate everyone who has helped me at Redline. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service, hands down.

Derek was great! He was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain the new humidifier system he installed and was very patient and thorough. They also did a simple maintenance exam to prep for fall/winter months. Highly recommend!

Redline provided me an amazing customer experience. They were super responsive from the very beginning. When I had my consultation they sent a technician by who knew what he was talking about and not just a sales guy. It was a low pressure, consultative approach. I did my diligence and gathered 2 other quotes as well, and ultimately chose Redline because of the characteristics I've already mentioned, as well as their Carrier products, competitive pricing, and the fantastic financing options that they had available.

With any construction project, things can go wrong. The most important thing is how the contractor handles it. This was no exception. After toiling away in hot attic all day long, the technicians forgot to flip the switch for the furnace after they installed it, and one of them accidentally put a foot through my ceiling.

Heather from the office proactively called me and apologized profusely and immediately arranged to have a handyman come out and fix it on their dime. A couple of weeks later when I discovered that the furnace wasn't turning on, they immediately sent out a technician who fixed it instantly.
