We recently used Coffman & Company to install an AC unit for our home. The whole process was a positive experience. The people at the office were efficient. Zach did a thorough job of making an estimate. The day of the installation went very smoothly. Eric and Michael arrived on time and worked diligently. Kyle came out the next day to give us another lesson on the new thermostat. We feel that the process was priced fairly and no payment until completion. They also give a veteran’s discount.

In May we had some installations done by Coffman. We are very happy with the work we had done. Santiago and his men worked diligently all day to install a new furnace, AC and a water heater. Once completed, Santiago went through all that had been done, explaining along the way. He also made sure that some electrical work would get completed. When we realized there was an issue with the furnace, we called Coffman and Company, and it was fixed quickly. We appreciate the integrity of the company and the men that worked on this job.

They replaced my HVAC 21 years ago. It’s old enough to vote and running great. The maintenance contract is a great service.

Got an appointment and repair done same day in less than 2 hours. Service was well done and issues well explained PRIOR to the work being done. Will be using them again!

Steven, is an excellent employee as he does a great job in servicing my evap cooler getting it ready for winter. This is the 3rd time I have requested him. He also provided photos of finished job.

The simple furnace ignitor on the internet is $39
Coffman charged me over $300, plus the $150 visit.
NOT what I call reasonable pricing.

Corban did a good job diagnosing the issue and worked diligently to get our furnace up and running again on a very cold day. We appreciate his extra effort.

As usual, the young people that climb in and out of my crawlspace are superb! Thank you DJ for your attention and the furnace filter advice. You ROCK!

These guys didn’t try to sell me more than I needed, unlike some other hvac folks. Got out here and replaced a furnace quickly. Santiago snd Nick great team. Huzzah!

We’ve been using Coffman for years and they are one of those rare companies that keep their service, price, & professionalism top tier. We plan to use them for many years to come. We had Steven as our tech today and he was very thorough and professional.

A while back, I had a technician steal $300 from me.

I asked Coffman to send somebody out to determine if my furnace needed to be replaced.

A technician showed up. He listened to the broken, bumping furnace. He then proceeded to take it apart. He put it back together, and wrote up a bill.

I payed him assuming he'd fixed it. He then said, "Hell, I don't even know if the work I did will fix it."

We went upstairs, he turned it on, and surprise, the furnace was still broken. The technician got the hell out of there as fast as he could!

Thanks for cleaning my broken furnace.

Later, an older guy came out and tried to talk his way around it, and I eventually felt guilty to not pay this veteran technician, so we went on our separate ways.

I hired a more experienced company to replace the furnace.

Time has passed, and I still recall it being pretty unreasonable of Coffman, as a whole, so I don't think much of the company. If they want to make it right, they should.

Coffman is fantastic! Prompt responses, kind staff, fair prices. Cameron provided service for my mini-split system in my accessory dwelling unit today (it’s hard to find a company that will even service mini-splits!). He explained everything and is clearly an expert. The invoice email included photos of the work at every stage and clear explanations of the issues. This is the second time I’ve used this company and I will continue to be a repeat customer!

DJ did great job winterizing our cooler and starting our furnace. He had the thermostat we needed to replace the defective one discovered while starting up the system. Installed it and cleaned and adjusted the furnace and humidifier, replacing filters. DJ was exactly on schedule. We appreciate the quality of work and professionalism that DJ portrays for Coffman. Jean was very efficient and knowledgeable. Being a retired engineer I had lots of questions and Jean was very gracious to answer all of them. My flame
flame roll out switch had tripped and I reset it myself but wanted to know why it tripped now after 30 years. Jean found the regulated gas pressure was a little high and turned it down. He had the proper tools and meters and I feel confident my old York heater is safe now.

Coffman & Company has been serving my HVAC needs for over 30 years. Very reliable and excellent service. Most importantly service technicians are always knowledgeable and work with efficiency and technical expertise. Yearly maintenance is performed twice a year.

We highly recommend Coffman & Co, they diagnosed our furnace issues and walked us through the process of getting a new furnace. The techs were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The install was in a very tight space and needed extra work done on the ventilation and our water heater. We are very pleased with their work and customer service.

My furnace wouldn’t turn on one day. I called 3 companies that all said it was totaled and would need to be replaced but none of them examined it too closely outside of some pictures. Cameron R. came out from Coffman and spent all day trying to trouble shoot the issues and give me good advice on what the cost would be to fix vs replace. In the end we ended up replacing but I felt more confident in the decision having looked at the guts with the technician. The rest of the guys Santiago, Jackson and Nathan came out just a few days later and did an excellent job installing an upgraded system. Thanks again guys

I heard a noise from my system and called Coffman. The Tech showed up on time and kept me aware of his entire status. The issue was thoroughly diagnosed, detected, and repaired. There was a short wait for the replacement parts to be delivered, but you can't carry all parts for all systems with you. The job was completed cleanly with no mess.

I was searching for a new HVAC system and Hot Water Heater. Customer service is great at Coffman. Starting with my initial call to schedule an appointment, Tracy was wonderful. The quote process was easy and very informative. Bob educated me on my choices and did not pressure me to spend more money for a different set-up. Once I selected Coffman, the crew of Eric, Cole, Nick and Daryl (Daryl was from Modelco Electric Inc.), they were on time, treated my home with respect, kindly answered all my questions. Very professional. I am so appreciative of their great customer service. I had sticker shock, but the bid was competitive. I am enjoying my new HVAC system and hot water heater. I strongly recommend Coffman.
