Wonderful experience with Corbin Stewart, our technician that came out to fix our A/C issue. He was prompt, professional and explained our options clearly for the repair. He had to take the part back to the shop and said he would be back in an hour to hour & a half. He was and the repair worked. We appreciated being able to have the repair made at a reasonable price.
Also wanted to note, when I called Coffman on Tuesday about the A/C unit I was pleasantly surprised on how fast they were able to come out.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Coffman and Co for the installation of a new furnace and air conditioning unit, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic.

First, the team—Cody, Evan, and Eric—arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. They were not only professional but also very friendly, taking the time to explain every detail and answering all of my questions with patience. I felt confident that they had the expertise to get the job done right.

They were incredibly respectful of my home. Despite the challenges of installing the new thermostat in my 68-year-old house with plaster walls, they took great care to ensure there was no damage during the process. I was impressed by their attention to detail and their skill in handling the older walls without causing any issues.

The installation itself went smoothly, and everything was up and running in no time. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent technical work with outstanding customer service, but Coffman and Co. truly delivered. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly team for your HVAC needs, I highly recommend them.

We had a routine furnace cleaning and inspection. It was very easy to schedule and the technician was very timely and nice. They even sent us a summary with photos and the price was great compared to what I saw elsewhere. Will definitely call them again for any future work on our hvac.

Cole knocked it out of the park for us. He installed an overhead oven vent with external venting. First he was within the first 5 minutes of the window provided to us and extremely professional and polite. He surveyed, the area and asked us questions and listened our responses. When he hit a snag, he called the office and got feedback and on the overcome the issues. He also went above and beyond and corrected a minor repair for us on the spot. What a great team player and member to have on your team! Way to go Cole! I would definitely use Coffman again.

We are extremely pleased with the entire process of replacing our HVAC system. We received multiple bids and chose Coffman because of their competitive pricing and the wealth of information (without pressure) that Zach provided for our project. The installation itself went very smoothly because Santiago and his team were excellent! Santiago was extremely courteous and knowledgeable taking quality time to thoroughly explain the installation, operation, and care/maintenance of the system. We would highly recommend Coffman to anyone for their HVAC needs!

Tyler was great! He explained the furnace servicing process extremely well! He’s friendly, professional and highly skilled. It’s clear he loves his job! Great experience!

Our technician was Steven Pham. He was great. He arrived early and spent time servicing our system including changing the filter for our humidifier that I had been trying for months to do. We have been very satisfied for years with the work done by the Coffman technicians.

Fantastic experience from scoping to project completion. My furnace went out on Sunday, Zach came out Monday and I was up and running on Thursday. Eric and Nathan on the install team were fast, clean and professional. Highly recommend.

They are the best in the business IMO. They are friendly and honest which I feel like a lot of the other companies aren’t anymore. They do what they say, they suggest what they think is important and certainly don’t force you to buy something you don’t need just so they can make a commission. We are customers for life and keep referring our friends and family to them!

Best install experience ever! Cole, Jackson, and Santiago were professional as well as amiable and worked together fluidly as a great team. They got the job done quickly and navigated the unique details of our home, demonstrating experience and expertise. Everything was explained to us before work was started as well as during installation, and the final walk-through was thorough with time for any questions we had. Coffman did a great job replacing my furnace and AC with a heat pump. I wanted to await the refund process and the follow up / inspection to leave a review. They have exceeded expectations and I’d like to specifically thank Santiago and Brandon who were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service; reasonably priced; responsive and capable technicians.

We had a furnace and new AC installed. Coffman & Co was recommended to me by a family member and I chose them after receiving 2 previous quotes (one wildly higher and one not much less, but from a company I had used previously and didn’t love). Install went well, technicians were very nice. They noticed that our water heater wasn’t properly vented and we were able to add that on for a small fee. After install, the AC system completely froze up. They had someone out to check it out the morning I called, and they ended up coming back on a Saturday to fix it. They also came back again to add in an extra air return free of charge. I’m so grateful that they were so easy to work with and quick to handle any issues. We’ll be keeping them going forward for ongoing maintenance!
In a time when home repair and maintenance is so aggravating due to costs, quality and service, I am so incredibly pleased with the team at Coffman and am so happy that we chose them. I’d highly recommend them to anyone seeking a company for AC/furnace work.

We had a gas leak. Cameron and John were the technicians that arrived to fix the problem. Both are very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They are second to none! Thanks guys for taking the time to apologize, (for another person's failed behavior) when it wasn't necessary, and for taking the time to make things right. Coffman has some great employees, including the ones answering the phone. If you want great service, I highly recommend this company. Ask for John or Cameron as they both are fantastic!!

The technician Tyler Mitt took his time and was very patient and explaining everything that was wrong with my furnace. I would not hesitate to recommend them as they were recommended to me by my neighbors in the Fairfield neighborhood. Outstanding job Coffman and Company thank you so much for your help!

Corban our service tech was awesome. Coffman heating has been servicing our furnace for 30 years. They installed this furnace for us and the annual maintenance plan is so worth it. Full cleaning taking out the blower and all the igniters and vacuuming it out. No extra costs I highly recommend this company they do not come in and try to make you but items you don’t need T sullivan

We have been customers of Coffman for many years, and their service never disappoints. We recently called to have a Ecobee smart thermostat installed. Kyle was here on time and installed the unit with no problem, he was efficient, professional and very personable. Kyle explained the installation process as well as some key points to using the thermostat as well as the app.
This was another great experience with Coffman. If you are looking for a reliable company with experienced technicians, don’t hesitate calling Coffman!!

Very satisfied with the excellent job that was done by Santiago, Nathan and Nick that they did in replacing our furnace and air conditioner. The were very efficient in the work. They also showed respect for our home. We will always be Coffman customers.

Got a new furnace and heat pump. Had used Coffman to install last furnace also 23 years ago. Still got several other estimates Coffman was the most knowledgeable about equipment, code requirements, and rebates. Price was also the best. Everything was flawless from the estimate to the finished installation. Operation of the new equipment especially the heat pump was exceptional. Would highly recommend them to friends and family

Kyle was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and fast. The heater was back up and running shortly after he arrived. It was an excellent experience. The pricing was very fair and honest. I would recommend Coffman and Company to others based on today’s service. They were also very informative of scheduling and letting us know almost exactly when Kyle would arrive. The lady whom answered my calls and let us know when the tech was on the way was also a pleasure to deal with. These people do good business!

Cole and Nick (with help from Brandon on the first day) replaced my furnace and a/c with a state of the art Carrier Infinity heat pump and furnace, plus a new water heater.

They did an awesome job. It took two days to complete all the work and I was never without heat or hot water over night. Cole took his time and did the job right. The system works great and I will never call another company for my HVAC needs.
