I scheduled the appointment to have my evaporative cooler started up for the season. Dylan was exactly on time for the appointment. He was pleasant, helpful, explained everything, and answered all my questions. Very reasonable charge was the same as last year. He also inspected my elderly furnace and water heater (no charge) and gave me advice regarding them. I am extremely happy with DMC Services and would recommend them to anyone.

I called Les with DMS at 2 pm with a broken furnace and it was fixed by 3 pm! He almost immediately identified the issue and had the correct part we needed in his truck and quickly swapped it out. He was friendly and walked me through everything that was wrong as well as made suggestions on how to maintain our HVAC system going forward. I would absolutely recommend him and this company to anyone having any AC or heating issues!

Les installed a humidifier with our heating system. First let me say he was on time, professional and efficient. He was referred to us by a friend who was very happy with his service. Still we decided to get estimates from 2 other contractors before hiring him. I'm glad we did. His price was a third of the other contractors. That makes me appreciate him even more! We will be using him in the future for any heating and air conditioning needs we have.

I recently had Les Carter, owner of DMC Services, install a new Rheem air conditioner, furnace and humidifier. Les has serviced my HVAC for several years and there was no other person I would consider for the install of my new HVAC system. My experiences with Les are always great. He is knowledgeable, professional, polite and his pricing is fair. He is patient with all of my questions, taking the time to make sure I understand my HVAC system and how to use it most efficiently. Les is always on time and leave the work area clean. I've referred Les to others who feel the say way I do about the quality and professionalism of his work.

Les arrived on time with all of the tools and knowledge necessary to install the humidifier in our house. The installation took as long as he has estimated (right around an hour). After the work was complete, he gave me a walkthrough of how the system works, what to look for if anything acts up, and specific maintenance instructions on replacing the filter. I would recommend DMC services to anyone looking for humidifier services, and he will be our first call for any hvac work in the future.

DMC Services was referred to me from a friend who had used this company in the past and couldn't say enough great things about them. (I had called other companies and either they didn’t bother calling back or their prices were outrageously expensive) DMC first did a phone consultation to understand what the issues were, and then an appointment was scheduled for 9am and they were right on time! They inspected all the equipment and what the job would cost and we made an appointment for the following week. Again, right on time!
The new AC unit was installed as well as a new thermostat, and a humidifier. I am beyond happy with the new unit..what a difference it made for us! The Company was very professional, friendly, and did an amazing precise job of installation…these guys are perfectionists! I will be calling them back for a new furnace this fall! I highly recommend this Company!

We contacted Les from out of state about a property we recently purchased that needed a new furnace & water heater. Les was quick to respond, provide a quote, and explain thoroughly why he selected the equipment he quoted. This was important to us because the climate in Colorado is so much different than our climate in Texas, and therefore the heating/cooling needs are different. Working with a local business associate, we were able to provide Les access to the property and have the installation performed within hours of taking possession of the property. Les was excellent at keeping us well informed throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Les & DMC Services!!!

Called DMC based on recommendations from a manufacturer and they were nothing short of awesome. They were able to come next day and were here on time as promised. Les was great about discussing what he was seeing, took care of the maintenance and was on his way. I have owned houses for over 20 years and this certainly ranks as a top experience for this type of work. I highly recommend DMC and don't hesitate to call them!

Les and DMC Services exceeded our expectations when our house wasn't cooling properly. We did our due diligence in looking for other contractors, but Les was extremely responsive and professional throughout the process. Rather than try to sell us on a larger AC unit that we didn't need, he steered us away from a full replacement and instead educated us low cost maintenance upgrades that would allow our existing unit to work like new. 24 hours after our initial call the house was cooler than it had ever been. Highly recommend!

My neighbor, who is in residential real estate and knows many homeowners, without thinking twice, recommended Les Carter and DMC Services when I asked who I should use for the replacement of my HVAC. Hal came by, checked out my system thoroughly, explained things really clearly as to what and why he was recommending. No hard sell at all..And his price was 25% lower than all other bids. He showed up on the scheduled day right on time. Personable, friendly, thorough. He placed my furnace and air conditioning, including a full house humidifier and an air scrubber filtration system. When finished he took the time to explain all I would need to know.. All in all a great experience. I can’t imagine why anyone would contract anyone other than Les and DMC.

We had a heating light issue where our furnace would not kick on and didn’t notice it until the day after the fact. I called the morning of my need and got a call back within two hours. The team was on site that day and took great care to address our needs immediately. The cost was reasonable and the service was amazing. I’ve asked them to come back and do a full cleaning of our entire system as they just worked on one of the units. We will use them again. :-)

I asked Leslie to come and give us a second opinion on our furnace problem. He evaluated our situation and gave us an honest reasonable quote to fix it. He did a thorough job and within one hour we had heat again. He saved us a ton of money by fixing the furnace we had and didn’t try to sell us a whole new system. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy

Les at DMC was excellent! He was able to install a whole-house humidifier quickly and efficiently within 1 day of his estimate. He was extremely competent, knowledgeable, and completed a very clean installation. We will continue to use DMC for our all our HVAC needs in the future -- highly recommend them!

The whole process with Les and DMC Services was very easy and efficient. I reached out to him for a quote to replace an existing furnace and install an AC unit, and he was able to come out the next day. He was very honest about what was possible with the setup we have and what he would be comfortable doing. The quote was provided promptly and was very competitive based on others we had received. When I called to schedule the work he was able to do it within a week, he and his associate arrived on time and the work was completed as agreed and on time. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a trace that any major work had just been performed. Overall a great experience for a pretty major project, and I would certainly recommend Les and DMC Services to anyone.

Just had a whole house humidifier installed by Les today. He gave us the best quote by far and completed the job in an hour. We will continue to use him for future HVAC and home projects!

Super quick service! My toilet broke, DMC was the first to respond to my call. Super polite on the phone and not only that they were very fast with responding on time! They were able to come by the same day i called. Dylan was very professional, friendly and super knowledgeable! He efficiently and effectively diagnosed the problem and was able to replaced my toilet that same day. After he was done not only did he clean up the area he was working on, he saw how dusty my furnace was and cleaned that out for me as well. One of the best consumer service experiences, personally i had in years. Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely would be getting my service done through them from now on! Would highly recommend.

When our AC quit last week, Les with DMC came by that same evening. The best time frame any other AC company gave us was 10 days to even come to give an estimate. We had our estimate that same evening and a scheduled installation of a new unit. They arrived on time, and very quickly had my house cooling down. I would highly recommend DMC to anyone looking for a professional in the heating and AC field. (Less also installed a new furnace for us 2 years ago). Les from DMC Services was fantastic to work with. He installed AC at my home. The work was done on time, exactly as he quoted me the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the install. He got it done quickly and was always responsive to my calls. Wouldn’t work with anyone else after working with Les.

Les came out to look at our 40+ year old Rheem furnace that had stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and reported he might be able to find the part but strongly recommended a new furnace for safety reasons. He explained why and recommended a replacement without trying to upsale us for more than we already had. We decided on a new furnace. He was able to get it installed within a week due to our schedule limitations, not his. He is very much a professional! Knowledgeable about his trade, courteous, and he left our place clean. I highly recommend DMC Services and will use them again.

Les did an excellent job installing our new AC unit, furnace, humidifier, and thermostat. He was right on time for both the consultation and the install. The price was better than the competition without sacrificing quality. I would definitely use DMC Services again!
