We have used DMC several times over the past few years and they’ve always been responsive and done good work. Our heater was going out just last week and Les came over promptly to assess the situation and installed a new heater ASAP. The new heater is so much quieter and we are really happy with it. DMC is very fair with prices. Also they have always cleaned up well after themselves.

Les and DMC are awesome! Called on a Friday, the first cold day, when my furnace was just blowing cold air. He was over in a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue. He explained all my options thoroughly, not pushy, no upselling...just honest expertise! We opted for a new furnace and humidifier. He installed it the next day...on a Saturday, saying that otherwise he wouldn't be able to do it for at least 10 days! Thank you Les for keeping my family warm! You will be the one we call every time from now on!

Les was professional and timely. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our heating system and solve the problem.

We used DMC for a whole home humidifier install. Les was early for the instillation, friendly and attentive. He went through the instillation process with me, completed the work early and made sure I understood the operation of the unit. Very pleased with the process throughout. Fantastic experiences with DMC.
Had them put in a while home humidifier last year, and it has been working great.
More recently, had them help troubleshoot a furnace/thermostat/air conditioning issue that was thoroughly checked (fuse, transformer, etc) and ultimately needed a furnace motherboard and thermostat replacement.
Great experience, detailed, on time… have them now saved in my contacts in case of any future HVAC issues.

Highly recommend DMC Services & Les! A local guy and his company can take care off all your HVAC needs. I reached out for a quote on an Aprilaire humidifier and got a call back the same day with a very reasonable price for the humidifier and install. Scheduled install for the following week and now my family is enjoying the benefits of humidity in our dry CO home.

Working with Les from DMC services was fantastic. I asked him to come take a look at our furnace that was having problems and he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained possible solutions. Though he would be able to repair the old furnace same day, we went with installation of a new furnace as ours was over 20 years old. He was able to come back the next day and take care of the new installation. Les was very knowledgeable, open to answering any questions throughout the process, cleaned everything up, and provided a lot of helpful information on how to maintain our HVAC in the future. He did a fantastic job and I can’t recommend DMC services enough!

Great service! We needed a whole house humidifier installed. They educated me on the various types and was able to get installed just a couple days later. Install was very short and painless. The system has significantly helped! Would highly recommend DMC!

Les Carter is great to work with. He shows up on time, is very professional and personable. He goes right to work to fix the problem. I have worked with Les over many years. Twice he came quickly to my rescue when my AC malfunctioned. I highly recommend Les at DMC Services.

Tech was on time, professional and did a great job servicing my furnace and installing a digital controller on my Aprilaire humidifier.

We had Les come out for a relatively small issue (clogged condensate pipe) and he showed up with all the tools and materials he needed to accurately diagnose and fix our issue in a way where it won't bother us again! While he explained what he was doing (and why) he also answered other HVAC questions I had regarding a variety of topics in a way that was both in depth and easy to understand. In all, one of the most productive and cost effective half hours I've ever spent with a contractor! We'll be calling him back the next time we have an issue!

Had my furnace serviced and Les was incredible! He was responsive to my initial call, easy to book an appointment with and was very thorough but efficient with the time too. Walked me through some other issues I was unaware of and fixed, and took the time to educate me along the way! Furnace was not operating during this cold snap. Called DMC at 8:00am. Leslie was at my home by 9:45am, diagnosed the issue and repaired within 30 minutes! Great to have heat back on, exceptional service at a fair price! DMC will be my go to for any future heating or ac needs!
