I can't say enough about Steve with Express Heating and Cooling! After having no heat for a couple days and running out of do it yourself blogs to scour I decided to call a professional. Steve was recommended by an associate of mine and I can now see why he went out of his way to direct me towards him. Steve found two problems that were causing the furnace not to operate and fixed them in a way that will ensure long term success of the parts. Furnace broke and decided to give Steve a try, he was able to come quickly. He did great work for both install and follow up service. I've recommended him many times to others who have thanked me for it... including my father in law! it's like having a trusted friend who does HVAC. He Gives you honest answers, great prices and top quality work. It's hard to trust somebody you don't know well, and the residential HVAC business is filled with opportunists... The issue was a simpler one that just evaded my limited furnace expertise, but he guided me through some of the steps to try for further issues. Afterward, he checked out some additional items with my A/C to take care of my cooling needs this coming summer. He was informative, funny, and easygoing - highly recommended!
