They were great, initial walk through and install.

We were in the market to replace our 1958 furnace and got 3 different companies to come bid the work. Comfy Cave wasn't the lowest cost but during the walk through, he asked us many pertinent questions regarding what we ultimately wanted. He suggested a few things that required addressing such as the need for fresh air inlet as well as an increase in sizing for the chimney for both the furnace and the gas water heater. Day of install came and they came prepared, made the necessary modifications, I stalled the new furnace and thermostat as well as hauled off the old furnace. He walked us through the new furnace and thermostat, cleaned up their work area. Overall would definitely recommend them for a furnace replacement. Thanks guys.

Do not let them do work on your home. They install recalled items and do poor work. Bought a house they installed a Lovhinvar boiler and Kitec lines (recalled) having to spend thousands to fix their poor work. Had multiple other professionals baffled at the poor work they preformed.
*Edit* this patch was done in December where one of your workers used hose clamps on the kitec and copper is already a leak(please explain how this is good work) also there was multiple problems with the way this boiler was installed outside of the kitec issues. Like not having a Condensate Neutralizer installed.

I really can't say enough about the great experience we had with Comfy Cave and specifically, Tracy. We had a very complex and challenging situation with an old air carrier unit needing to be replaced. Prior to discovering Comfy Cave, we had contacted 5 other hvac companies, all who completely ghosted us after promising they knew how to fix the problem. Tracy came out in the morning and had a solution and quote for us by the afternoon! They worked us into the schedule within the next two days as we had been without heat for three weeks. The new system is working beautifully and it was a pleasure working with Tracy and his crew. They were always on time, professional, and knowledgeable! We have already recommended them to our friends, family, and neighbors!

Our Heater had stopped working and our Tech Chris Soon-Fah was able to diagnose the issue and replace the broken part in 30 minutes.

Von, Don, and Al of Comfy Cave are absolute Rockstars. These guys are extremely knowledgable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to have around. They went out of their way to help me replace my furnace, and offered very fair prices for quality work! I'm very satisfied with the new high-efficient Rheem R96V, the two-stages work seamlessly; the system kicks into the second stage after 10 minutes if the target temperature has not been reached.

Comfy Cave is the way to go, I am so happy I didn't settle for another heating company. This time I actually did my research, and found Von through friends' recommendations.

We've had Comfy Cave service our gas boiler furnace for approximately the last 8 years. Tracy has been great! Very reliable, showing up on time and always courteous and very professional. Costs are reasonable. They also installed a heater in our garage a few years ago. Decided I was getting too old to get on the roof so this year we had them start up our evaporative cooler. Every thing is working well. I would highly recommend them.

We had Comfy Cave come out and install central air in our 1940's house. Their price was very fair, service was great and we don't have any complaints. They even installed a new thermostat for us since our old thermostat didn't work with the new A/C.

For probably 15 years Comfy Cave has maintained my furnace and air conditioner. Made sense when it came time to replace my 20 year old hot water heater to continue with this company that had taken care of me over all the past years. I made the decision to go ahead and get one of the new tankless units. Comfy Cave came and completed the project on time and followed up making certain I was happy. I also have them do my yearly flushing of the unit to keep it in tip top condition. Just so very pleased.

I’ve used comfy cave now for the past year with everything from swamp cooler work, tankless water heater maintenance and repairs and more. I’ve had several people from their experienced team come to perform the work (Vaughn, Carl, and another person name I can’t recall) and each time they’ve always been professional, communicated clearly and set expectations as to the work being done and completing everything as expected.
