Comfy Cave responded timely and completed our work efficiently and their price was fair. We had to replace both our AC and furnace, which were both very old. Comfy Cave had repaired them for years. It was time!

Von came out yesterday to install a Bosch IDS heat pump for me. He was great to work with, offering me more than a fair price for installation, and he even purchased my "old" AC condenser from me!

Very few companies would even consider doing what he did (installing equipment not purchased through them). His flexibility and professionalism seems to be unmatched in the industry, and while I don't expect to need any service for quite some time I won't hesitate to reach out to him when I do.

Once again, great service from Cozy Cave’s Izzy. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with my AC, and worked with me to find solutions. I highly recommend!!

Izzy was very helpful and was able to come on short notice to give us an estimate on an evaporative cooler. My dogs also liked him a lot, which made the visit much easier!

Comfy Cave has been my go to for all HVAC needs since I bought my home 4 years ago. They do a great job, show up on time for appointments, and have reasonable prices.

Comfy Cave is an honest and reliable company and won't rip you off. They communicate if they will be late for appointment etc. The thINSTALLATIONS are ALWAYS IMMACULATE and they leave the area spic and span before they leave. They just recently installed a new furnace into my house and it's great, the followup was also timely. Always might have a question after the install but they respond very quickly, especially this winter just weeks after the installation was completed. So it was a nice warm winter for us thus far.

They also have done some fixes for my neighbor's home whose existing furnace needed some external venting to prevent a negative pressure in the house that prevented future water heater air backflow into home and all alarms going off at 10pm at night. Was wondering why all firetrucks were there one night. They came out the next day to do the modifications to the existing venting system. A beautiful modification to an existing heating system in home my neighbors had just purchased earlier.

Yup, I keep recommending them to everyone that asks and everyone that uses Comfy Cave has always thanked me repeatedly.

Comfy Cave is an AWESOME company. They are very personable and professional. They installed a new boiler last year and came back for maintenance this year. Tracy and Vaughn did an excellent job and we appreciated their work. We are also saving money on our gas bill. Don't hesitate to use them.

Provided an estimate when scheduling and the estimate was 100% accurate. Showed and explained the maintenance and claning that was performed on the furnace, AC, and water heater. Izzy was great!

We had a heating emergency and comfy cave was able to squeeze us in same day. Izzy was efficient and thorough in resolving the issue. He took the time to explain the problem and answer all of our questions. Fantastic experience!

Izzy was amazing he came in and was very nice and got my heater working great! The lady making the appointment was rude and not want to help much at all sound like I was bothering her to do her job. Very frustrating and she show no empathy for my situation at all. If it wasn’t for Izzy I would give this company a 1 star he is a great person he deserves a raise and appreciation for his hard work!

When I reached out for a furnace inspection, Comfy Cave scheduled quickly and I was lucky to have Izzy G as my tech. He was thorough, knowledgeable, shared info, and was pleasant to talk to. I will use Comfy Cave again.

Had an issue with thermostat not synching with radiant heat. Took some time but Carl and Travis tracked down the problem and fixed the issue. They worked together well and were clearly knowledgeable about my heating system. We've used Comfy Cave for eight years for repairs and maintenance and they've always come through and prices are fair. Highly recommend.

Chris from Comfy Cave was awesome. We had some problems and they ordered the part he came out and got things running again. Turns out we didn't need the part there was just a loose screw that he found tightened and now I have heat again. Everyone I worked with you this company has been Happy friendly and helpful.

We had another company determine that we needed a full furnace replacement after it had stopped working. Given that potential cost, we decided to get a second opinion and had Comfy Cave come out. Izzy was fantastic, patient in helping me understand what was going on, and he determined that it was a simple maintenance fix. He also found the cause of a leak in our humidifier and walked me through correct installation. After basic maintenance and a new filter, our furnace is working great. I wish more companies had the integrity that Comfy Cave clearly does and employed more individuals like Izzy. We are so grateful!!
