after years of throwing money into our furnace, trying to get it to work properly with other hvac companies, we called ken who came recommended by a neighbor. he immediately knew the issues, cleaned and serviced the unit (which he put 6 hours into!), and made proactive recommendations that would keep further issues from happening. we are so thankful to him and his whole family of hvac specialists.
