Had a great experience with Varsity Zone and we will absolutely be using their services again in the future! After requesting an appointment online, I immediately got a call to get scheduled. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what was needed to get our HVAC up to code and working more efficiently.

The furnace in our home was making snapping/popping noises and I smelled ozone. The Varsity Zone service tech, Mike , confirmed that the electrostatic filter we had would do this. He has a new type of replacement filter system that will not cause this and will clean the air in the house.
We recently purchased this older home and I am pleased with our choice of filtration and UV technology to keep the house safe to breathe in. Mike has the knowledge and experience and recommended an excellent solution.

Called for heating issues. They scheduled our appointment during after hours to be there the next day. Geoff texted prior to arrival and even arrived early. Took his time; troubleshooted all possible issues. Discussed them with us and fixed all of the issues to make our hvac run optimally. I had a great experience. Very informative, answered all my questions, truthfully. I had many estimates so I knew when something companies were trying to upset me or trying to make me believe I didn't have a few days to decide, I needed to decide NOW, because it was an emergency! I would definitely recommend!! Honest and great price!

Masón and Sean of Ductworks did an excellent job of cleaning our ducts. They were incredibly thorough and gave us regular updates on their work process. They also provided us with detailed before and after photos so we could see just how much dust and debris they were able to remove from our ducts. They earned our highest reviews for going above and beyond.

Today we got serviced by Rodolfo. He was fantastic. Very respectful of the house and pets. Did a thorough walk of the house with us beforehand. He was quick and efficient. Loved it!

Warren, my service technician was wonderful! Arrived on time, walked me through what to expect, kept the work areas clean. Professional, polite. Whole process took around 7 -8 hours. Will use Ductworks again and recommend them to anyone.

Mason was on time explained all work and costs up and kept us informed during the service. He was thorough and clean throughout the service. Will definitely continue to use Ductwork’s for our home.

Had my ducts cleaned after move in in a 10-year-old home and couldn’t believe what they found — even old 2015 orange-juice bottles from the original build were still inside the vents! The techs were professional, showed me everything they pulled out, and left the system spotless. The air feels fresher and I’m already breathing easier knowing everything is finally clean.

Pro tip: ask for dryer-vent cleaning at the same time — they can usually do it during the same visit and it’s totally worth it for safety and efficiency. Highly recommend!
