I chose DuctWorks because of all the five star reviews, and after yesterday's experience, I'm glad I did. The house is clean now, as are the ducts. 1) We were shown before and after photos as promised. 2) We appreciated the corner guards to prevent wall damage as the equipment was moved between rooms. 3) Mario found and taped up a hole in the dryer vent that connected the dryer to the wall. 4) Mario pointed out that he could flip some vent covers to make the insides of the ducts less visible from our living room and hallway, and he did so. Mario's experience and friendliness were much appreciated.

Rodolfo arrived right on time and with shoe covers to protect our floors. He did a fine job cleaning and vacuuming our ducts for most of the day. His before photos showed our ductwork was dirty & dusty. The after photos showed our ducts and furnace were super-clean and dust free. Rodolfo was courteous and professional and we highly recommend him.

My ducts are so clean now. I used a different company last time, but I will definitely be using Ductworks next time. It takes a while and everything gets cleaned well. My technician, Max, was quiet and professional. Thanks so much for giving us clean air.

Michael was the technician. He was on time, and willing to answer the numerous questions from me and the tenants. I popped in during the mid portion of the job, and he showed me pictures and gave me some feedback. He provided assurance that he was going to do his best in cleaning all of the ducts and dryer vent in my condo. Highly recommend!

Extremely thorough and detailed work by Mehdi. More expensive than a couple other places but worth it if you want quality. Mehdi was at our house nearly 8 hrs! He was also very careful with all the equipment to make sure nothing was scuffed or damaged. Again, for a top notch job, go with Ductworks!

The before and after photos are crazy to see what’s hiding in your ducts.

After heavy smoke damage from a fire in my apartment complex I needed someone to clean my vent system and sanitize it. I had an 8:30am appointment, Ductwork’s office called to reschedule for later that day because my technician called in sick. I was already stressed because of the damage to my apartment and now most of the day was wasted, then Mason from Ductwork’s called about 10mins later and he was 5mins away! Ductwork’s made sure someone made it out for my appointment. Mason was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He worked his butt off to make sure everything looked brand new when he was done! Thank you Mason and Thank you Ductwork’s you definitely earned your money and a 2 thumbs up recommendation from me!!!

Ductworks was so professional, and they executed very high quality work at my condo unit. A fourth floor corner unit, my condo presents unusual cleaning circumstances, and they did it quickly, thoroughly, and to full satisfaction. For your duct cleaning services, I could not recommend Ductworks more.

I used this company because they said that they do the cleaning and provide a video with before and after shots. Initially, the person who showed up didn't know that the dryer vent was also supposed to be cleaned as well, so I made sure he knew to include that in the service. The work was completed, but it took over a month to get only pictures back. I'm fine with the pictures, but it's just not what was promised. Also, the follow up in getting the pictures was non-existent. Not great customer service, a little disorganized, and make sure you confirm with the person providing the service all the services that need to be completed.

Tech was awesome, he went above and beyond for us. We even received a senior discount check 2 weeks after the cleaning. Honest great company. I recommend to everyone. My son with Acorn plumbing recommended me and im so glad I went the Ductworks.. Thank you!! Y'all are great!!

I recently had Ductworks come to my home, and I was extremely impressed with their service. Rodolfo and Mehdi were the technicians, and they were both respectful, professional, and incredibly hard-working. They arrived exactly on time and worked steadily from 8:30 to 4:30, taking only a short lunch break. The quality of their work and their attention to detail really stood out. I would happily recommend Ductworks—and especially Rodolfo and Mehdi—any day. Highly recommend!

Excellent. On time, clean, professionals. Provided us with many digital pictures of before and after. Price was clear and was provided before they started the job. Can’t say better things about Ductworks and his worker Mason.

Excellent service. The two technicians worked for hours to clean our 41 ducts, two furnaces, and dryer vent. They communicated well throughout the process and forwarded video of the before and after cleaning. We are more than pleased with the service we received.

Mason arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He walked us through the scope of the work he would be doing cleaning our ducts, the price of the cleaning, and gave us an estimate of the time it would take. Mason was respectful of our home, using drop cloths, wall corner guards, and shoe and wheel covers. He gave timely progress reports and shared before and after cleaning photos of each vent in our home, along with the furnace and dryer vent. We will definitely call Ductworks for next air duct cleaning.

Christian Lee was our technician that came over to clean our ducts. He was very professional & curtious laid blankets & put yellow corner protectors on all corners. He got right to work & explained to me & my wife of everything he done, very thorough and cleaned up everything after he was done.

We just moved into a new home and hired Ductworks to give us a fresh start on all the air vents and trunk lines throughout the home.

Rodolfo Vela Sanchez and Javier both worked on our air duct cleaning today and were fantastic. I now understand why these guys book out weeks or months ahead... They were incredibly thorough on each vent, sometimes spending as long as 10mins per vent scraping and ensuring all the dust and other junk was cleaned out. We could hear the progress as it all passed through the vacuum tubes and they took comprehensive before and after photos of all the work as well.

We've had poor experiences with other duct cleaning businesses that were just trying to get in and out as fast as possible. We were very pleased with the work Ductworks and Rodolfo/Javier provided, we will definitely call them back again for future work.
