Our tenants purchased a new dryer and it kept tripping a fuse. We had ductworks out to clean the dryer vent line and that solves the problem. Better than that, they responded quickly, got us on their schedule right away, and made paying online super easy. We would definitely use them again and feel confident recommending them.

Louis was very professional and thorough. He was on time, very courteous, and spent a whole day cleaning our system. He indulged me pointing out areas needing special treatment and followed through with each. I am very satisfied with the results and the charges, which were very fair.

We had a very good experience when Sebastian cleaned the ducts and dryer vent in our home. He was pleasant and courteous, explaining the work to be done, and then efficiently moved through each room to clean. There was no mess at all when he was finished. It wasn’t even too loud to remain in the house while he worked! The Ductworks price was better than other companies I compared, and the final charge was the same as the estimate. Sebastian showed us some photos of “before and after” the cleaning (and the company also emailed us the full set afterward). I’m so glad we had this done!

Great company with reasonable prices. I just bought a home that was built in the 60s I don't think the vents when ever cleaned. The tech that they sent out was very kind and professional. I know the vents where very dirty because I had them scoped. The tech never complained and did extra work to make sure everything was done correctly while leaving no mess behind. Highly recommended.

I was a little bit skeptical about getting the 20 year old ducts to the house we just bought cleaned, having read many mixed reviews for other businesses.

We had just replaced the HVAC system and based on the condition of the old blower fan and filters I suspected the ducts themselves were doing most of the "filtering."

I am happy to report that it was money well spent: Ductworks did a very thorough job of cleaning out our nasty ducts. They spent the entire day basically bore brushing every register. In the end the before-and-after photos simply don't lie.

We had 15 ducts to clean. The technician did a really through job, spending about 6 hours here. They also take before and after photos to show what the cleaning does. The technician Javier was really good at what he did. Set up and quietly went about his work with no issues at all. Very professional and helpful tech! Would recommend as a friendly and efficient service.

From booking to the completion of the job, Ductworks did an amazing job. They helped me figure out some things that were needed with my dryer vent, got me in ahead of schedule, and did an amazing job with the actual cleaning. Rodolfo was friendly, communicative about the process, and efficient.

We recently had our air ducts cleaned by Ductworks, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our technician, Mehdi, was outstanding, he was extremely thorough, professional, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right.

He took the time to explain the entire process to us and provided clear before and after pictures from inside the ducts so we could see the quality of the work for ourselves. It was very reassuring to see the actual results!

The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service provided. Outstanding service. Great follow-through. Professional workers. They are so thought out they had plastic guards to protect the corners of your walls as their cords and vacuum hoses are being used.
*My only suggestion for the future would be to offer your customers a service with replacing the furnace filters. We had spoke about mold in the house and the dirty ducts and furnace.
The dirty furnace filters were going to go back in which did not make sense to me.
I did go out and purchase new filters and your crew was fantastic and put them in for me, but I truly believe you should offer that service.

Ductworks did a terrible job cleaning our home vents. I reached out to them as I met them at one of my clients house who had just finished construction- they had been hired by the GC, I am an interior designer. I thought since they had a reputation with my high end clientele and GCs I trust, that I could trust their EXORBITANT pricing. I own a townhome, 3 bedrooms, not large and they wanted $675. I agreed thinking they'd do a good job. IT WAS AWFUL. The team showed up late, smelling of marijuana and with McDonald's in hand. I was late to work and to drop my son off at school which was not ok. Then one of the guys had a broken hand and could not work so was training a new guy who clearly had no clue what he was doing. I asked them to take shoes off or wear booties to which they did neither. I called first thing to let ownership know about them being late , smelling like weed and not wearing booties. He said he went to check on them and all was fine. Well when I got home it was a mess. I'm talking first around every vent, floors a mess, BROKEN dryer vent- did a terrible job. I asked for a discount and was given $50 off. Pictures of what they left behind for $615! Never ever ever use this company.

Not everyone celebrates Easter either, so the day and time has nothing to do with it. You broke the dryer vent, you left a mess, we never ever wanted you back in our house and still don't - thanks anyway! The amount of money we paid should not have reflected ANY of the things that occurred to even have to be rectified in the first place. To me, it is important people know what kind of service they *could* receive and this is my experience to share with those people looking for all of it so they can make sure if they do hire you, to CHECK YOUR WORK and make sure these things don't happen. Everyone deserves to see ALL reviews.

Excellent! They sent an extra person to expedite the cleaning of our 33 ducts. We really appreciated that concern for our time.
Our technician, Mason, was a very hard worker, who was polite and knowledgeable. The other employee, Sebastian, was also good at his job.

I was extremely impressed by the job done by Luis V. He was on time, professional and friendly. The ducts and vents were practically shining by the time he got done with them. Javier came out to clean our dryer vents and did an excellent job. He’s a young guy but very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. On top of that, he has great customer service skills and was very professional throughout the visit. I’ll definitely be using Ductworks again in the future.

Javier arrived on time. Explained the entire procedure to us and began to work He never took a break. He is definitely a credit to his trade and to DuctWorks. Extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. His work ethic and attention to detail is second to none. I can’t think of a rating high enough to equate to his enthusiasm and professionalism. We had purchased our current home in 2020 from the before and after photos it was apparent the service was long over due. Our dryer duct system proved to be a challenge and we strongly believe if not for Javier’s determination to insure it was cleaned and safe we feel strongly that it would have caused a fire. Others may have thought the challenge to be to much and not been as thorough. Javier is definitely a credit to DuctWorks. I highly recommend this young man. He is a credit and represents DuctWorks in the highest possible fashion.

Ductworks recently cleaned our two heating systems (39 ducts) and provided excellent service! The promptness, courtesy and skill of their technictians (Yudin & Maksym) made us feel very confortable with them in our house and removed 20 years of buildup.

In September we had our ducts cleaned by Warren with Ductworks and are extremely happy with the service and quality of work. We are the 2nd owners of this house and I'm guessing in 20+ years they have never been cleaned. We were able to find an appointment quickly and easily. I appreciated the ease of scheduling. We received a call ahead of time confirming the appointment and Warren arrived promptly. He walked me through the process, how long it would take and what I should expect. He finished right on time and showed me some before and after photos. I can't believe that was in our ducts! The house instantly felt cleaner. I'm not sure how often this needs to be done/service etc but we plan to use them again. With temps changing in Broomfield we fired up our furnace this week and saw a noticeable difference with nothing blowing around the house. A bit embarrassing but check out how gross these vents are - explains why it seems things are flying around all the time. Highly recommend for service and quality of work and definitely ask for Warren as your service man.
