Shawn made time to squeeze us into his schedule to install our new FD450 swamp cooler. They hauled away our old one and installed a new feeder tube. Great local service, bid came in $300 lower than any other.

Sean and Nick came out and replaced our old swamp cooler with a new one. Sean was very good about letting us know about any problems that may occur during installation and how much those problems may cost. Luckily there weren't any issues. They did a great job and were extremely friendly. Thanks guys!

Great work by Sean and his team at All Seasons Home Comfort. Sean came out and swapped out my old swamp cooler with a brand new one at a very fair cost. They also replaced the roof jack support that the swamp cooler sits on. Quick, knowledgeable and a quality fast install.

We needed a vent installed for our new microwave-hood combination. This involved cutting a hole in the roof and extending a duct up to the ceiling, which was vaulted, through the cabinet above the stove. The microwave was to be delivered in 5 days and I had no one lined up to do this work. I found Shawn's company on the web and gave him a call. He came out that same day and looked the job over and gave me a bid, very reasonable. Then the next day, after purchasing the materials, he came out in the morning on a Saturday, and completed the job in 4 hours. On the Tuesday the microwave was installed and works great. Shawn is very professional, does a neat and orderly job, cleans up after his work, and the finished product is just what we needed. I can't recommend him more highly.

Outstanding job! Called for a bid to have a broken swamp cooler removed and the roof patched. Found we could have a solar powered roof vent installed where the broken swamp cooler was. Being we have loved the savings our solar panels have provided, this was perfect for us. Shawn and his team arrived as promised and left no mess.

I own an older single story ranch home with all-electric baseboard heating and I had no means to cool down my house at all except to use a window fan to draw in as much cool air as possible during the night and then to shut all of my windows and close all my curtains during the day in the hopes of being able to keep my house below 80 degrees during the warmer months. In mid-July 2018, I had learned from a friend that Xcel Energy was providing rebates up to $1,200 on evaporative cooler purchases and installations. By late July, I had purchased and had installed a high efficiency evaporative cooler using three air ducts by Shawn and one of his crew of All Seasons Home Comfort. I'm big on using positive Google and Yelp customer reviews to find quality contractors and Shawn lived up to his reputation in this type of contract work. I had researched various types of evaporative coolers beforehand and I appreciated that base prices of evaporative coolers were listed on All Seasons' website, the better to budget for this bigger expense. It was an all day project, starting around 10 am and finishing around 6 pm, but it was well worth it. The evaporative cooler has worked great every day that I've used it so far. Money well spent. I would recommend Shawn at All Seasons Home Comfort to anyone who is wanting to have an evaporative cooler installed. Shawn even helped to file my Xcel Energy rebate form, which I am thankful for.

Had Shawn come out to look at a malfunctioning swamp cooler. He came out quick, was professional, and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. I had another top reviewed company come out previously and had a horrible experience with them. Glad I found All Seasons and will use them again for sure.

Shawn is awesome, I highly recommend his services. I called him in the middle of our first 95+ degree heat wave to take care of an issue with my swamp cooler - he came out the next day and found that I needed a new pump, which he had in his truck - he was done in about an hour, and I now have cold air in my house once again. :)

That kind of responsiveness is very unusual these days, especially as a brand new customer. The other companies I called told me they couldn't come out for a few weeks or more due to how busy they are - including one that I've done business with for the past several years.

I highly recommend All Seasons for your HVAC needs! Shawn and his team installed a swamp cooler this past spring. I loved that they are super upfront and honest about their costs - which are posted on their website - and they do not try to upsell you. I had received quotes from several other companies, most of which were way more expensive and several of which were trying to get me to buy a way bigger system than necessary. Shawn was easy to work with and prompt in getting an install date scheduled. The install was relatively efficient and painless, and Shawn was very professional and competent. I was also impressed because he installed an additional feature (purge pump) at a reasonable cost upon my request. When the pump started having issues (manufacturer issue, not All Seasons issue), Shawn was prompt in returning to address the problem. We ended up removing that extra part, and Shawn reimbursed that cost in full. If you are looking for a professional, cost-effective HVAC install, look no further!

We had a great experience with All Seasons Home Comfort. Shawn Moran (owner) was very responsive to us and drove to our home within a day of our first contact in order to look at our proposed project (replacement of an old, side vent evaporative cooler) in order to give us an accurate estimate. As it turned out, his price for parts and labor were below all other estimates that we received and, he was able to to install within 1 week after we decided to use his service. The job was completed in under 4 hours and, he also made an extra stop at Lowes to buy and replace (without charge) a window well cover on our neighbor's house because he noticed it to be damaged. I will recommend All Seasons Home Comfort to anyone needing home cooling system replacement or repair.

We wanted to leave a review to help others make this decision sooner than we did. We have had a hot upstairs in the summers despite having AC and trying lots of recommendations to improve It's effectiveness. We've lived in our home for 18years. We had gotten used to putting box fans in the upstairs windows at night and counting down the days until the weather cools off. We remembered a nice conversation with Shawn from All Seasons years ago and decided to see if he was still in business. He was!! We spoke at length with him and decided to get the house fan....finally! We couldn't be happier with the decision. I just had a new swamp cooler installed by Shawn at All Seasons. He was very professional and so nice to deal with. He was honest and his price was very good. He showed up when he said he would. We contacted Shawn on one of the hottest weekends of the summer because our evaporative cooler went out (UGH!). Shawn was quick to reply to our message and immediately scheduled an appointment for us within a few days. When he and his helper came to the house, I found them to be very pleasant and they even greeted my golden retriever (a must). Shawn brought a higher grade cooler than what he promised my husband and installed it right away. Because we live in a home that was built in the 1960s, he encountered some challenges along the way.
