We had some malfunction with the blower in our furnace - so we couldn't run the AC (100 degrees outside!) - Mike from Varsity Zone got out to our house within an hour, ordered the part, and installed it first thing the next morning!

Came for AC service. I needed a new capacitor and the unit cleaned. Price was >$800! I found someone to do it for $215!

Horrible experience! Came out to reinstall a mini split and tech came out took a picture and left. No call on what the next steps would be. I had to call them and they must use an answering service which is fine if they would answer the call was on hold for over 5 minutes, hung up and called back to wait another 4 minutes. Was told manager would call me back but still no call but did get an email saying they can’t do our project no other info as to why or options for me. So many other HVAC companies out there I’d go with someone else!!!

I'm extremely glad that we picked Varsity Zone. We needed to replace our furnace. They came out and didn't do a hard sell, but suggested a furnace that would meet our needs. They came on completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them if you have a heating need.

We had a great experience with Varsity Zone! Our AC had been struggling to blow cold air for several weeks, but of course it was working perfectly when Michael arrived. This was a potentially very confusing situation, but Michael was phenomenal at diagnosing the true issue. He was approachable and, despite the tricky circumstances he quickly determined that a weak capacitor was the problem, likely causing the compressor to falter. He replaced it on the spot and my unit is now working great! We really value his expert thoroughness and clear explanations. Highly recommend Varsity Zone and Michael!
