Chris was awesome! I was having issues with my furnace and submitted a ticket to my home warranty company and they partnered with Comfy Cave. Comfy Cave was quick to respond and Chris explained what he was doing and how the system worked. Chris was able to get the parts and get me back up and running again. (Parts and Service was covered under warranty)

If you are looking for an HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY HVAC company - look no further. I called to inquire about HVAC services that were needed to get my gas turned back on (got red tagged from excel). I had called atleast 4 other companies and even had someone come out and quote me over $1000 to fix it. Janelle with Comfy Cave went above and beyond to not only inform me that my furnace was under warranty but also even let me know that I should probably reach out to the contractor who installed it because they would likely have it under warranty since it was so new. She offered me a great price if I did need them to do the work and was transparent with me throughout the whole process. This type of honesty and good business goes so far in this day and age when businesses in the HVAC/plumbing space (especially in the Denver market) consistently gouge customers on pricing. We have future work that we need done and I will have Comfy Cave on speed dial for all future needs. Outstanding HVAC service! Izzy Gauna was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving. The appointment was originally for an estimate. After explaining the situation, Izzy quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected it. Ultimately, there was no need for a new system. This is the kind of service you hope for but rarely find. Feeling extremely grateful. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Tracy and the Comfy Crew team are truly top notch. I would recommend to anyone and will absolutely use them again in the future myself. Tracy was a great communicator, explained things clearly, was willing to fix and diagnose things before suggesting replacing. They don’t push unnecessary work and have very reasonable pricing for incredibly high quality work. Much better than experiences I’ve had with other highly rated hvac companies.

Fixed my water heater through some quick diagnostics and did a great job servicing our HVAC.

Not only addressed the problem at hand but made sure to address things that could cause potential issues in the future, fixing a couple small potential issues as he worked making our overall system work better than before.

We have been a customer of Comfy Cave since 2017. They installed a brand new HVAC system then. At the time, their pricing was fair and reasonable. Some other " bigger outfits" were quoting many thousands more for the same exact systems. It pays to get quotes. Since then they have done anual routine maintenance. Recently we had a blower go bad. Luckily it was under warranty. Chris, with the company, did a great job. Chris took the time to check on the warranty. I assumed the warranty time had passed. He was timely (furnace broke on a Saturday) professional, friendly and communicated well. Chris fixed the issue as quickly as possible and I really appreciated that given the freezing temps at night. Von, the owner, is ethical, friendly and responsive. I recommend Comfy Cave highly!!

I’ve worked with Comfy Cave for about 11 years to keep my home (built in 1897) cool in summer and warm in winter. When I first needed HVAC work (ductless mini-split installation), I got wildly different estimates from seven contractors. Some flat-out refused the job because of the attic challenges.

Tracy and Von at Comfy Cave were the only ones who came up with a practical solution at a reasonable price. Since then, every interaction has been solid. Dawn and Janelle handle analysis and dispatch efficiently, and the technicians have consistently been professional and straightforward.

Most recently, Carl and Chris saved me thousands by replacing a motor instead of pushing a full system replacement. That says everything. This company looks out for its clients and maintains equipment properly over the long haul. Highly recommended.

My grandmother bought a townhome over 4 years ago and had numerous companies come out and take a look at her old a.c. unit, they all said to get a new one . She gave up hope being almost 80 years old buying a new one was out of the question .
Jesse shows up and well brought this old dinosaur of an a.c. unit back to life . It runs perfectly and without any issues .

We had 2 Ecobee’s that were new and just quit working. We called Cavalry Mechanical and Jesse came out. He worked and worked and figured out a very difficult mess. Unfortunately the ecobee’s were semi defective and he had to come out again. He called ecobee and arranged for new ones to be sent out, when they arrived he came back out and installed them. He went way above and beyond to make us happy and get the job done right even though the problem was no fault of his own. We will never use anyone else for our HVAC needs. His rates are very fair. Give Jesse a try, you be glad you did.

Jesse is a fair and reliable guy. He came out early on a Sunday morning to take a look at our broken a/c, gave us a reasonable quote, then did the work for less than we expected to pay. If you are a home owner, you know how difficult it is to find somebody who does all of that. Plus, my mother approves of him; she said he was a very nice young man. :)

We can't say enough great things about Cavalry. Jesse is amazing and our home renovation project would have fallen apart without him long ago. He helped us navigate a lot of unforeseen issues we ran into with an older house we gutted and he helped us stay sane when we faced nightmare situations by jumping in to make sure we had what we needed. Jesse got involved in many areas and brought a lot of good ideas to the project, working with us as we were ready for him. We would recommend Cavalry in a minute and will turn to Jesse in the future. Jesse installed a whole house humidifier, 2 new high efficiency HVAC/furnaces with ductwork, new high efficiency water heater, plumbed 2 fireplaces for gas, and removed a boiler.

My daughter recommended I call Jesse for an estimate on central air conditioning for my duplex when i did i expected an appointment weeks out but instead he was able to see me the next day i was elated Jesse came and looked at the duplex and was very informative, direct and not hard sell but did tell me my heater was very old like 12-14 years old that i knew already he recommended i should really replace it but i did not want to because it wasn't in my budget, what he suggested with the estimate he gave me included the heater i said lets do this and when can it get done he said he could do it the next day WOW !! i have never had a company tell me next day.
Jesse come out at the time he said he would be here and went right to work installing the central air and the heater stopped for lunch which wasn't long and finished around 5pm Jesse took the time to show me an

there was a part that was in back order but he reassured me he would be back as soon as it was in . I seriously recommend Jesse and his company because he is honest, easy to talk to and knows his business and is reliable also his rates are by far the best in Denver.

These guys are great! Fair prices, honest, and professional. My furnace went out and I noticed water was leaking into my crawlspace. I did some research (poorly I guess) and called a different company out. I was disappointed in their work as they refused to touch anything unless I replaced it all but wouldn't be able to do the work for at least a week. Fortunately, I was referred to Calvary after this debacle and Jesse and his crew were able to come out same day to get me back up and running before the temperature dropped below 20F that night. After they left, my furnace was working better than I had ever seen. They came back the next day to replace a pump and solve some other issues that they discovered and discussed with me the previous day. I will still need to replace this old furnace but am happy that it's no longer an emergency. I will definitely be calling Calvary Mechanical for the replacement work and any other HVAC needs that come up.

Great guys. Great work. Fair prices. I’m finishing my basement and doing a lot of the work myself but needed some duct work relocated. Jesse took the time to understand my needs and my project, helped me answer some questions about building codes and made some great recommendations while not trying to sell me a anything I didn’t need. after getting a few quotes for ac repair in arvada, i could tell right away that erick was looking at our ac system differently. he asked more questions than anyone else and really checked everything before giving us advice. he even counted every vent and figured out the cfm our ductwork could handle, which no one else did. erick explained that our current ductwork could support a bigger system, so we could upgrade. other companies told us we were stuck with a smaller unit because of space in the mechanical room, but erick said he could take care of the width problem and still fit in the bigger filter we wanted. we decided on a bosch system with the larger filter, an air purifier, and a humidifier. the installation looks super clean, especially outside. jonah made sure the supply lines and electrical work looked neat and tidy. if you want quality ac repair and installation, this is the place to call.

I recently had my first experience with AllSeason HVAC Repair, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any heating and cooling needs. They showed up right on time, and their rates for AC repair were very reasonable. I thought my air conditioner was low on refrigerant because the house wasn’t cooling down, but after checking everything, Samuel found that the real problem was my AC coils were extremely dirty from all the lawn mowing I’ve done over the years. He cleaned the coils and even showed me before-and-after photos, which helped me understand exactly what was going on. Not only was I happy with the work and the price, but Samuel went out of his way to help with something extra. My young daughter accidentally tossed her stuffed animal onto our lower roof while playing outside. Samuel kindly grabbed his ladder from the truck and got it down for her, which made her day. It really showed me that they care about their customers and go beyond just fixing HVAC systems. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you need help with your AC or furnace.
