They provided a great service at installation and explained the process well. However, we have been trying to get them back to the house for 2 years so we can get the XCEL rebate. They do not return our calls.

The overall installation and service on my new HVAC system has been great. Go Green came out and installed as promised. My biggest hang up is that they talked me into a better unit because an excel rebate for $800 was offered. The upgraded unit cost me $500 more than I was quoted, so I figured I’d save $300 in the long run. This is where my problem started. My unit was installed a month ago, and I have been told by the receptionist that I would be getting my rebate filed. She took down my information, and said she would get right on it. A week goes by and I don’t hear anything, so I called back to ask. I get the excuse of, “oh sorry, I’ve been really busy. My daughter is graduating high school this week so I haven’t had time. I’ll get right on that.” Another week goes by, and no response. This time I call the owner and ask him what is happening. He proceeded to tell me that they had to schedule a time to come back out and verify everything was working correctly before submitting the rebate, and even he didn’t know why the receptionist gave me the wrong info. So, a tech comes out and was able to quickly verify. They told me that the receptionist would contact me the same day to verify everything was set up for the rebate. A week goes by and no call. So I call again, and leave a voicemail. No call back. It has been another week since then and I just called and left another message. This has gotten outrageous at this point. I have told them either cut me a check for $800 or submit my rebate. Although their installation team is great, the customer service here is atrocious. I would not recommend using this company to anyone, and I am disappointed in the quality of care they have for their customers.

I have a rental house in Morrison and live in Indiana. They worked great around scheduling with me and my tenants. Installed brand new unit cheaper than i could get someone to do it on the side and has a great warranty. I would reccomend to anyone!! I also find it hard to get good service anywhere anymore. These guys get it!!

Zach came in and gave an honest and clear assessment of what was going on with our ac unit. He then laid out the options on how to fix it, and the implications of both options including price. We were so grateful he was willing to clean up the mess another contractor left!

I've been a customer of Zach's for years. He came out to the house to troubleshoot a problem. As always, on time, fast, efficient, and resolves my issues effectively. Would recommend him to anyone and will continue to be a loyal customer.

As a Real Estate Broker I am always looking for different contractors that do good work at a reasonable price to recommend to my clients. I not only recommend Go Green but have used Mark Strok to service and install HVAC equipment at my own personal properties. Go Green has never let me or a client of mine down.

Recently installed central air conditioning our home. Zach came out to do the estimate. This is one of the few companies doing Manual-J calculations, which are really necessary to make sure you get a system that is the appropriate size. John did the installation and was super awesome.

Go Green came to my home because my AC unit was not working. Zach found a burned out wire and then checked the compressor. Zach determined I needed a new compressor and quoted me $1800 or I could get a new unit for $2600. I called another company who came out the following day and they replace the wire and the AC unit worked perfectly. Zach never replaced the wire and passed the problem off as something else. Go Green and Zach should not be be trusted and any consumer should seek a second opinion.

We thought we needed a new water heater and called Go Green. I was really impressed as Mr. Whiteley presented our options, in all price points, based on the reality of our household needs. I felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to suggest easy, free maintenance we could do to save energy. He was prompt and clean in the instillation. He did not try to "up-sell" things we didn't need. I would hire Go Green again.

I was referred to Go Green by a friend of mine, since they had recently done some work for his family.

On the day of the appointment, the office kept me updated via text, so that I was able to conduct my normal business around town instead of having to wait for the technician. It’s a nice touch, that I wish other businesses would emulate; especially since in this case the repair was at a (then) vacant rental property, where I would have been bored out of my mind if I had to have waited there.

The last update I received was when Zach was leaving the prior job and getting ready to meet me at my place.

Zach showed up on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problem with the furnace within 10 minutes. The job ended up costing me a lot less than I would have expected.

I hesitate to recommend Zach and Go Green, because if enough people find out how great they are to work with, they might get so much business that they would be unavailable to work on my furnace the next time I need their services. But that wouldn’t be fair to them, so…

If you need your heating or air conditioning equipment serviced, Zach and Go Green should be the first people you call.

So far, two effective and reasonably-priced services at my house by Go Green. They also came out a third time to replace a defect part. Since they had installed the part, the third fix was completely free. Great service, with integrity.

Great company. On time, very professional, and the pricing was fair. Zach the technician was awesome and knowledgeable while he was doing my furnace tune up. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it and what to be aware of later on down the road with my furnace. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very fast, super professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. After being run around by some other companies that we had made an appointment with and then THEY cancelled on US, Zach was available same day and even took time after his regular hours to make sure the problem was fixed. I am going back to them for any future HVAC needs without a doubt.

Great experience working with Zach and his team. Just got a new high efficiency HVAC system installed by them. They beat everybody else's price and the installation was an easy process. Zach was very patient in troubleshooting minor issues that I had and followed up on everything. Their scheduler (Annie) was very accommodating. Just finished the install for central AC. The entire experience was fantastic! Zach was very accommodating to my schedule to get to our house quickly to do the estimate. And the install went extremely smoothly! Everyone was very professional and kind to our dogs. Not to mention a great price!!! Very very satisfied!!

I have helped flip houses and have been renovating mine for a long time. I've been around the block when it comes to contractors, and this company is one of the best I've worked with. Zach gave me a fair price and he knocked it out very quickly. Not having heat in February is a bit uncomfortable. I am going to use these guys again for my future projects.

Zach creatively figured out how to get a conventional A/C system in our attic. He was very thorough and looked at all options and configurations. He designed and sized it right, for a good price. His installers did a great job. We're very happy after a couple months of use.

We got a heat pump and furnace installed by GoGreen and used Denver's rebate system. GoGreen was thousands of dollars less than the competitors. Customer service was very good and they handled all the city of denver rebate and permitting for us. Haven't had issues with the system in a year so far.
