Dusty always is on top of things and contacting me quickly. The customer service team from dispatch is always kind and helpful ! Sam from plumbing was not only knowledgeable but kind with concern and easy to talk to. The company has years of experience I have been using them for over 25 years.

There were a few small and probably normal issues with our minisplit install and Vectra was great about coming back as much as needed to make it right. The technician Jake was especially thoughtful and efficient. Thank you Vectra!

From start to finish these guys were fantastic. Leo did a great job installing the unit and Dusty was fantastic to work with. The ideas that they came up with for install were out of the box, done very professionally and everything looked wonderful when finished. I would 100% recommend this company as they are there for the customer and did everything to make sure I was happy.

Ive got an old boiler so finding a service rep that I trust that also knows their stuff can be tricky but this team came out and they took care of everything. Was really happy with everyone from the dispatch to the techs and the follow up.

Wow.. I had Vectra come to help me figure out why our upstairs was a significantly different temp than our basement. I told them I didn’t want to pay for a whole new unit but needed to figure out a solution. They helped me completely understand my system and helped me perform a series of easy tasks to better support the efficiency of our current unit. Vectra installed my furnace and have come back to do maintenance on it a few times. They have been super professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I also really appreciate that they will drive to some out of the way places where it can be hard to get service. Commercial real estate broker here--we've fired all of our HVAC, electrical, plumbing vendors as quickly as we've engaged them over the years. Client service and technical training are apparently not common. Vectra is our sole vendor now. Unmatched customer service, transparency, conservative (and not inflated) estimates. Emilee Schuster is a top-notch project coordinator/dispatcher. The techs are real humans who know when to defend their value, and also when to not bullshit. I strongly recommend.

Vectra technician Chris has made three visits to our apartment over the past several weeks to check on new HVAC coils we had replaced last fall and to add some improvements with equipment that had not been available at the time of installation. His willingness to squeeze us into his schedule when some additional problems surfaced was deeply appreciated. He went the "extra mile" to correctly analyze the situation and find answers to the challenges we were facing. He's an excellent technician and comes up with great solutions that really fix things! This was my first experience with Vectra but I was impressed. Levi was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Gave great explanations and suggestions for future care of my boiler.

Steve was fantastic helping us out with an issue with our AC motor on a 90+ degree day. He was communicative, prompt, and even caught and fixed an issue with the new motor. Would absolutely recommend his work. Thank you, Steve!

Dusty and the guys are great however we did not have a good experience. We contacted them to install a humidifier and water filter/softener. The humidifier install went fine. However, the Halo 5 system did not. I confirmed with Dusty prior to the install that we would not be treating the irrigation water, only the house supply. After the install was complete I noticed that the irrigation valve was after the system and in fact it was sending conditioned water to the irrigation system. I took a photo and sent it to Dusty. He had someone out immediately to correct the plumbing. After the install we were not impressed with the Halo 5. We didn't notice a difference and thought we wasted a lot of money. 6 months later we decided to move and were looking into having the system moved. To our surprise, the system was left in bypass mode and therefore wasn't activated. I sent Dusty a picture and he apologized. They are nice guys, but we will use someone else in the future.

My HVAC unit was serviced for the first time by Vectra's technician Patrick. He came on time and was very professional. He answered all my question about the unit.
He educated me about the recommended maintenance for my HVAC unit and A/C.

Chris is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He went above and beyond to help us understand both our AC and furnace systems.
We were very pleased with our service call. Highly recommend!
