Great service from Derek, very professional and informative. Fixed the issue, but also went through with us tips on how to get our unit to work better. Plus showed us exactly what we needed for maintenance going forward. Super impressed with his service.

Service Tech did a great job, and got it knocked it out quickly. He also took the time to explain the issues he noticed and a better way to run our ac system going forward to avoid potentially having our leaking issue again in the future! Will use redline again if needed!

Redline recently installed an on demand water heater and a new furnace at our home. Everything about the experience was positive from start to finish. Derek performed the installation and kept us informed throughout the process. We are very pleased with Redline and would highly recommend them.

We've been dealing with Redline with our new build home for months, over various issues as Redline is the contractor for the builder of our home. In these interactions, our issues were not resolved, but the technicians were professional, until today.

Today, Derek came to our home for the first time. Did not resolve the issue, told me I was a liar, refused to address me directly (I’m a woman) and instead only spoke to my husband, and walked out of the house. He said I was a liar when I pointed out that one of our registers doesn't work with AC ( a fact that is well documented because Redline came in the summer for that very issue, but failed to resolve it-- they suggested covering the vent so I don't notice it anymore)

Overall, the 3 Redline technicians I've dealt with over multiple interactions with were incompetent; and Derek in particular was very disrespectful!

Redline was great to work with. They were able to provide transparent pricing for cleaning our furnace over the phone. The technician, Connor, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great service for a fair price.

Redline H&C turned out to be a great referral from a friend of mine. Our technician, Derek, was professional, knowledgeable, and had great personal skills. Derek had great recommendations for maintaining our system, without upselling. He also had an apprentice tagging along, which was great to see a business investing their time & effort to promote trades. Will setup recurring HVAC maintenance with Redline and refer to anyone that asks.

Connor was fantastic at talking me through what was going to happen and the ins/outs of general HVAC and AC install (which is what we called them for) which helped prepare me for others quotes that I received from other companies (which were thousands of dollars higher). He's very communicative and transparent about everything. Richard and another guy did the install and they were also professional and friendly! We're going to call them again to install an expansion tank!

Derek provided great customer service. Diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered the appropriate component and told me when it would arrive. Set the time to install the part and arrived on schedule to do the installation. Will definitely use him again as well as recommend him to others.

Derek was extremely kind, competent and thorough. We are in the process of purchasing an older building and it has a mix of working and abandoned systems. Derek was able to get right to the heart of the issues. We will definitely use Redline again.

We just had a great experience with Redline. They could have really put one on us, since we don't know anything about hvac stuff. But Derrick was thorough and figured out I was just an air supply issue. Super friendly, and knowledgeable definitely going to save their number for future issues!

Excellent Service
We had problem with thermostat being in hallway, leading to wildly erratic differences with temperature in MBR. Justin suggested perfect solution and did great job reprogramming and explaining proper use to us.

Ernie was punctually, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. I highly recommend this company!

Redline is our go to for all heating and air-conditioning needs. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Derek has come out the two times we needed repairs. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We know we are in good hands with Redline.

Cory B was awesome!! He was able to fit us in a day early and was so personable and fixed the issue throughly. He explained the problem and double checked unit to ensure it was working properly. All Redline technicians have been awesome and Cory was the cherry on top!
