I called Redline for my heating system issues, and while I did feel the cost was on the high side, I have to give credit to Brandon. He came out the same day, and I had a lot of questions because I wanted to understand the whole process. Brandon was patient, explained every detail, and did a thorough job on the repair. While I might shop around next time for pricing, Brandon’s top-notch service really made the experience positive.

Tony & Nick did an amazing job. They worked early on a Saturday and completed the install of my A/C & Furnace in one day. Photos of the new units were shared by them, as well as the owners manuals & personal instructions on units going forward. They are extremely neat, organized and thorough. Lakeside completed a warranty repair on our A/C system. The coil failed and sprung a leak. Technician Joe was very friendly and helpful and even answered all of our stupid questions. He completed the work very quickly and efficiently. These guys are great.

All of the staff from Lakeside were extraordinary. From the initial calls with Holly and Marissa giving me advice on troubleshooting our furnace blowing no heat, to Tony's visit to give estimate, to install day with Nick and Mick. I'm totally pleased to have hired Lakeside Heating for our furnace replacement. Nick and Mick were especially considerate, caring and capable! Nick patiently waited till I heard the knocks and doorbell (I work nights and I overslept). We have a cluttered and disorganized house and they did not bat an eye, just came in and went right to work. Extremely professional friendly and even made us laugh. Appreciate most that Tony did not try to oversell us unnecessarily. Above the rest, we got a 20 yr warranty of part of our new Lennox furnace=peace of mind! I'd recommend Lakeside to my best friend.

Jimmy came out today to do a tune up on our AC. He remembered our names and our system. He did a very thorough job and I felt I could trust him. Jimmy is very personable and respectful! We will definitely have him back again and recommend him to others.

I don’t usually write reviews, but when a man shows up like a calm, collected action hero and saves your house from turning into a humid swamp, you give the man his due.

Jackson D. didn’t just fix the problem. He walked in like he already knew the ending. Professional, sharp, and cool as the air he was about to bring back into my life. He took one listen to the unit, gave a little nod like a mechanic in a war movie, and got to work.

No fuss. No lectures. No mystery charges. Just real skill and quiet confidence.

At one point I asked if something was broken and he just smiled and said, “Not for long.” Felt like I was in a Clint Eastwood movie, only with refrigerant and a Shop-Vac.

He cleaned everything up, explained what he did in plain English, and made sure the system was purring before he left. Not a trace of the mess, no pressure to buy anything extra. Just a job done right.

Now my house is an icebox, my stress is gone, and I swear even my cat is sleeping better.

If this guy ever runs for office, he’s got my vote. Give this man a bonus immediately!

I'm updating my review from several years ago. Chael and Derrick installed a heat pump, replacing my 17 year old AC that was on its last legs, today. They were neat, professional, and explained everything I needed to know. I can't say enough good things about this family-owned business. I will continue using them for all my HVAC needs. I got five quotes and although theirs was almost equal to one of the other companies, unlike the others, Tony and Bill (and Marissa) didn't "trash talk" the competition. Super professional, courteous and informative. This review about Jimmy was from several years back. Jackson is awesome too.
