I highly recommend John for your HVAC services. Took care of our furnace problem and explained everything I needed and how much it would cost. Really explained the annual maintenance service and I signed up for that. Very pleasant experience and would highly endorse this company!

First attempt at calling I heard hello and a lot of background noise. The background noise continued for a couple minutes with no response. I hard another couple words "oh no!" And the background continued. I decided to hang up and call back. Again I got "hello" and then they hung up after saying something I did not understand. I called back and no answer. The automated greeting before the person answered the phone told me I had the right number. Not sure how someone representing a big name "Sears" is not professional.

I just had the worst experience with this company or their contractor. My home warranty company hired Sears to repair my AC. I was home and available during my scheduled time. The contractor called but with an unfamiliar zip code so I didn't pick up and he didn't leave a voicemail. I have 3 people living in my house and not one person heard him knock on the door or ring the doorbell. Obviously it's 80+ degrees in the summer time and fans are running and all sorts of things to keep cool. You would expect a contractor to make some serious noise. When Sear tried to reach him, he was unresponsive. When I called him back realize that was his phone number, and left a voicemail, he responded instantly but he said he would not come back out. I've already been waiting 5 days for this service call, and it looks like I'll have to wait another 6 days. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend Sears service providers.

Don't use this guy..... Installed my AC 3 years ago with a brand new unit. Stopped working and he came back and did a cleaning and a AC charge....Charged me 270 dollars for the job when the original quote was 170. Left numous messages to relook my AC situation and no response.

Tim replaced our entire (very complicated) AC unit in our condo. It was a JOB, and he was extremely thorough in making sure everything was perfect for us. He’s professional, timely, and honest/trustworthy. We’ll be using Tim for all of our future HVAC needs!

I recently had Steve's Carpet Care clean the air ducts in the house I just bought. This is an old house, built in 1955. As I suspected, the ducts had not been cleaned in awhile. The technicians spent quite a bit of time on vents to make sure they got all the dust out. I was impressed with them. Hard working team.
Now my house stays cleaner longer. Got to love that! Thanks Steve!

I called a few Arvada air duct cleaning companies looking for services last week, and Steve’s was able to send someone out within hours at a great rate. The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and thorough. I noticed a difference in air quality almost immediately. If you’re looking for air duct cleaners near Denver I’d definitely recommend them, and I’ll call them first next time.

This is as close to a perfect company as I have seen. I was able to book a 2-hour (not half-day!) window for their arrival on their website. They immediately confirmed the booking. The day before the appointment, they texted me the name of the person who would be doing the cleaning. They then texted me to let me know when he was on his way. The two people who arrived to do the cleaning were respectful, professional, clean, efficient and very nice! When I said I wasn't sure whether my dryer vent needed to be cleaned, they checked it out and said it was just fine and didn't need a further cleaning! I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in air duct cleaning!

Steve’s air duct cleaning deep cleaned my air ducts and disinfected them. They did a great job, they were on time and very respectful of my home. I especially appreciated the corner protectors they put on all my walls to ensure the hoses didn’t damage the walls. Finally a company that deserves my recommendation and return service. I was really impressed by the communication, timeliness, and professionalism of the team from Steve's Carpet Care. They were on-time, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They also noticed that one of our outdoor water faucets/hose was frozen (we forgot to drain it this winter) and went out of their way to help ensure we avoid a pipe burst down the road. Thank goodness!
