Do not contract or depend on this company to come out and service your business. First of all they were very rude over the phone(Every time we spoke) with an attitude not fit for customer service. Secondly we scheduled an appointment a week out to have them come and do plumbing repairs, the day before they call and tell us, "Yeah we are too busy, you'll have to find someone else".

These guys are dishonest - check your invoice carefully! Charged us for two hours, even though they were there for less than an hour (I was there with the tech the entire time). Although no work was performed (they were just checking to see that the system was working correctly, which it was), they charged us for "consumables" - apparently for the wear and tear on the one screwdriver the tech used to loosen two screws. Charged a trip charge AND travel time. If they are an hour away, or they get stuck in traffic, you are paying for it (although they don't tell you ahead of time). I have never heard of a company charging both a trip charge and travel time. I called and emailed because I assumed they had made a mistake, but Lori and Bill were not willing to adjust the bill or provide any detail on the consumables, or why I was charged for two hours (even with travel time the total time was about 1 hour 10 minutes). The erroneous charges more than doubled the bill. I expect they have gotten away with this on our account (we inherited them from the previous owner) until I was actually on site to verify the work, time on site, and "consumables". There are enough reputable and fair contractors in this area - and we are switching our service to one of them.
