I’m an interior designer and have done a handful projects with Amadeo. He has an excellent eye for luxury design and construction details. I can always count on him and his team to provide quality work. They are very nice, easy to work with, and very reliable.

Amazing experience with Flores Construction. They remodeled a bathroom for us, and from start to finish they were professional, courteous, and hard working. Expert professionals got the project done, were very respectful of our home, and each individual was a pleasure to work with. Fair price, consistent communication from Amadeo throughout, and quality work.

Amadeo and his team were great to work with! He was always easy to get ahold of and very responsive. He helped us with all of our questions and concerns when we had no idea what we were doing. There were small issues that came up along the way, as there always is, but Amadeo and his team were quick to let us know and get everything squared away. We are really happy with the work that was done and we definitely recommend using them in the future!

Amadeo has been such a pleasure to work with. His team converted our basement utility room into a fully remodeled bedroom and bathroom, completed a sewer repair, and updated the basement carpeting — all with great attention to detail.

Because we live out of state, communication was extremely important to us, and Amadeo was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us in the loop with progress updates, including videos and photos, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

He was always honest about what made sense to do versus what didn’t, and we really appreciated his transparency and guidance. He was also proactive in asking for our opinions, flexible with our schedule, and genuinely cared about making sure the project was done right.

We had such an incredible experience with A Flores Construction for our bathroom renovation. We reached out on a Friday, they came out the very next day to look at the project, and work started that Tuesday. They were completely finished by the following Wednesday - such an impressive turnaround for the scope of work.

Amadeo's communication was outstanding from start to finish. He kept us updated at every step, showed up exactly when he said he would, and made the whole process so easy. The team worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the quality of the final result really shows it.

I had a great experience working with Amadeo and Angelica and highly recommend A Flores Construction for any remodeling needs. They were fair, reliable, timely and did nice quality work. They provided a detailed estimate/invoice, so there was full transparency on every item. A Flores can do it all, and they truly transformed my home. New bedroom, closets, master bathroom with curb less shower and heated floors, new wiring/electrical, hvac, drywall, and painting.

The worst service and worst place to order for carpet, they said 7 to 10 days to get your carpet... Almost a month to have it, please DO NOT ORDER CARPET HERE!!!

Went in on a Thursday and ordered a counter top. Was told they would have the drawing for us to sign off on them. Well the following Friday they don't have the drawings and I feel as though I am getting the run around.

Be Careful!! We bought a toilet and paid for the installation. We walked out of the store with our receipt, toilet, and installation contract. Two months later they call us saying we owe them money! Outrageous! We have our receipt and don't need to be falsely harassed because they don't know what they're doing! Would never make another large purchase with them.

Word to the wise... never pay Home Depot to install anything. What should have been 72 hours for the install has now turned into 2 weeks. If you call Home Depot they say there is nothing they can do because it is a contracted installer. They gave me the number to the installer (like it's my job to find out what is going on) but goes to voice-mail everytime! Feeling very frustrated. They told me it would be here between 10-12 today, but I didn't receive as much as a phone call to let me know they werent showing. At this point I feel like we should have installed the damn door on our own and saved the $130. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. I thought I could trust Home Depot, guess I was very wrong!

Can’t speak for install service as I installed myself. but I have ordered custom cabinets twice with Dorris and she is awesome!

I was told by an asscociate that rebath ( Office on Santa Fe ) would do a professional job but costly. I hired them to do two bathrooms, worst tile and installion job, they used my credit card without my permission to pay the balance when job was not finished correctly. Sales people who offer you the best and deliver the worst on ever level.. They used the cheapest fixtures. Bait and Switch.

Went to get carpet because Home Depot has the free install. What they don't tell you is how they get their money for the free install is by upping the waste factor. My quote had a 40% waste factor and in it when it should have been closer to 10%

Purchased special order kitchen drawers. Doris in kitchen was awesome. Dawn at customer service was not. Went to go purchase the drawers at customer service and she was rude and had an attitude. I was told she could find my order by my phone number, but instead of listening, she tried to send me back to kitchen. Basically just didn't want to help me by looking up my number or any customer service capacity until another associate stepped in. After the purchase was paid for she didn't even say sorry for the hassel and lack of wanting to help.

Awful Service! Scheduled a floor install and they lost the product , never reordered it. I had to call several different avenues just to get 1 box that it was short reordered. They didn't bother to do it for me. So needless to day this took 1 month longer than scheduled. Now I am waiting for it to be installed. NEVER again use home depot....I'll stick with LOWES for sure!! At least Lowes has excellent customer service and they don't drop the ball!

As of today I cancelled my order! They messed up the order a total of 3 times!!! Im on my way to LOWES!!! At least I know I'll get it done now as I used Lowes for other things! They communicate better!

These guys are terrible with installations! I went in and ordered a garage opener installation. Not only did they forget to add the installation into my order, but they told me it was included in my initial purchase and I didn't find out until I never got a call for the installation date setup. Even after I paid for the installation, I still didn't get a call. When I called them multiple times to fix this, they either hung up on me without warning or if someone did pick up they kept saying that someone would call me. I ended up having to go to a different Home Depot and come to find out they gave the installation guys the wrong #! How do you mix up 720 for 702 when I clearly told them 720?! I am very annoyed with their customer service and I will never be going to this Home Depot EVER!

Horrible. We ordered shutters through them using who they recommended (Norman Window fashions) they "lost" our order and it was delayed over 6 weeks. We also ordered a vertical blind for our back door it came with missing pieces and after 1 month they finally came. I have contacted Home Depot multiple times about having the installer come back out to install the missing pieces no one returns my calls. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend this location ever.
