Constraction reviews in Aurora, Colorado

Seth was incredibly professional and detailed oriented with a large home I was purchasing (7500+ sq feet). He spent 11 hours going through every section of the home. He showed expertise in drainage, exteriors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and many other areas. I feel totally informed about my purchase. He was fantastic.

We used Ready Home Inspection on a fixer we were considering buying. We wanted to really know what we were getting into and to make an educated offer. Seth is certified, experienced, professional, extremely thorough, priced fairly, and a pleasure with whom to do business. Shortly following the completion of his 4+ hour inspection, we were provided an electronic report detailing every issue in order of importance to repair, add, or address.
Seth more than earned his wage and our trust and we will use him for every property inspection we need in the future and have referred him to our friends and real estate professionals. Our Realtor, who is a 40-year industry veteran, was highly impressed with Seth's work and will refer him to her clients. Don't waste your time and money elsewhere, schedule your inspection with Seth TODAY!

Seth was a great inspector. He was on time. Very thorough and very descriptive and his observations were accurate and very detailed. He also gave recommendations on minor fixes. His report is one of the best I’ve seen. During my home buying experience I’d say this was the easiest and less stressful part of the process. Thanks to Seth I am confident in submitting my objection(s). Seth is very knowledgeable and comparing quotes, ready home inspection is affordable.
