House Cleaning reviews in Aurora, Colorado

I’ve used this cleaning service for a couple years now and am happy with their service. They do a great job and are very thorough. Their staff is also easy to work with, they’re in and out, and leave the house exceptionally clean.

They’re accommodating (worked around my baby’s nap time before) and reliable.

Avoid these cleaners. Very unprofessional, late, not very responsive, and on top of all of that they do a terrible job of cleaning,

They advertise a deep move-out clean of apartments but they did a terrible job. All they did was vacuum the floors and wipe down the counters tops. None of the baseboards were cleaned, none of the counter edges/corners were cleaned, the bathroom floor was not cleaned, the cabinets were not cleaned, and so much more in the apartment was not cleaned.

They were over 6 hours late. We had scheduled a cleaning for 8am as it was time sensitive and they didn't arrive until 2pm.

Their communication is also terrible. If I didn't remind them of our scheduled appointment they would have never come.

On top of all of this they still charged me full price knowing that I would be out of town during the time of the cleaning and that they did a terrible job.

Avoid this service if you value professionalism and having a clean home.

Side note, I lost over $300 of a security deposit because of this company. Attached photos are a couple photos sent by the landlord detailing the failures in cleaning.

American Stars has been cleaning my house for 3-4 years. They are reliable, trustworthy, hardworking & consistent! And when I (rarely) have an issue with how they have completed something they take feedback & direction very well. Highly recommend!

She was cleaning and just quit coming. Had to try and address a different time when the girl showed up and left within 10 minutes. Then a different time.... tried to reach out to find out why noone showed up one week (its now been 3 weeks in a row- Reached out to owner, never heard back. Completely unreliable.
