They were extremely professional, kind, and efficient while cleaning my home. I’m new to having professionals clean my home and because of them I’m going to be a repeat customer. The team did a great job at my house and showed good judgement with how to handle things I had left around the house. I was also looking for an agency that pays it's employees a living wage and offers them health insurance. I will be booking recurring cleaning.

Was quoted anywhere between 300-400 dollars for cleaning. Once they got here and started I got a call and they said it’s now $703 dollars. Our house wasn’t even hardly dirty. They said it was just because of the shower.??

After everything, they have called and charged my card 3 separate TIMES for $703 after I had already told them it was already charged and paid for. But they keep calling to charge my card and just keep saying “ok we’ll change it in the system” but still keep doing this.

The ladies are the nicest people and do a great job. They will go out of their way to do things that I need without me asking them to do it. My big and only complaint is that they stuff anything and everything in a grocery bag, a pot, any available container. I know I have a chaotic house, having three small children, but dirty clothes don’t belong in a box that has been filled with papers, books and toys. It’s been discussed many times but hasn’t changed.

I have used this service every week since march 2021 and these ladies are my life savers! Susanna Fernandez is the lady that I Highly recommend! She is always on time and before she leaves she makes sure I'm happy. I work from home now so she is always aware of what I'm doing to ensure she is courteous of her noise levels. If I'm on a call she holds off on the vacuuming till the end of my call. She and her team even work hard around my kids and dogs with grace. My youngest son has special needs and has a tendency to throw food or slobber (sorry I know...TMI) on the walls. Susana cleans my base boards and walls to perfection EVERY TIME. Dust collects easily in my home and Susana cleans my fans and window shades every time! I really could go on and on about just how amazing this company is. They offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly options and they work with YOUR budget! they are kind and respectful! I don't trust easily... but Susanna and her crew I would allow to come to my house even if I'm not there! I know that my things with be clean and safe! she truly cleans from top to bottom. to list a few favorites...Under my couch, makes my bed (folds laundry when I get to far behind...as a special request), oven and inside the refrigerator, base boards, and even does MY DISHES when I have some left in the sink! We have used 5280 several times in the past to clean investment properties. They have always done a thorough job. This is the first time we have used them for our personal residence. Their estimate was for 2 people for 2-3 hours. While they were working they called to say they needed 4 hours, for a total of 8 hours. It has never taken anyone more than 5 hours to clean our house in the past.
My wife and I were upset, and we told them to just stop where they were. They said they would like to finish the job to show us the difference between how they clean and how others clean. They said they would only charge for the time they had already spent. We reluctantly agreed.

When we returned home that evening both of us were amazed. Not only did the house look amazing, but they had done so much more than we had come to expect. Our refrigerator was completely cleaned and organized. The house was spotless. They had even cleaned our toaster!

The cost might be a little more than others, but if you want your house really cleaned, they are worth every penny.

Lately, my work schedule has been very irregular so I have had to reschedule my normal 4-week cleaning schedule often. 5280 has been very flexible and each of the teams who come to clean have been fairly consistent with their level of service.
