Thank you Matt Sarnese! This was my first time using ARS/Rescue Rooter services I want to say 10/10 start to finish. From when I scheduled my appt to the check-in text messages confirming my appt and when Matt came to the rescue thank you so much! He was very professional I felt comfortable and confident the job was going to be completed correctly and safely, you rock Matt! Have a great day!

Markus is an excellent technician and person. During a routine inspection of our furnace he found a part beginning to fail. He replaced it and the furnace continues to operate properly. I’m happy to have missed a break down due to Markus’s expertise.

Got home no heat. Called ARS on a sunday no less and they sent Kevin Serrano to help fix it. Same day service, Kevin was very professional and definitely knew his stuff. In a very short time he figured out what was necessary to get me up and running with clear explanation even showed me the parts needed to be fixed. I Absolutely 100% recommend ARS and specifically Kevin and will use them for any needs in the future.

Awesome service. Fast response on a Friday night, Jonathan was our tech and came within 45 mins of calling after our furnace crashed at 10 degrees outside. Fixed within an hour. Excellent team.

They came out and ran the camera down our sewer lines and discovered roots in the pipes. Gave us a couple different options and was very honest about what needed to be done. A crew came out the next day and did the job without any problems. Very curtious and professional. Highly recommend these guys and will use them again if needed.

I went to 3 different companies to take a look at my furnace and ac units and I am glad I didn’t go with them. Not that they were bad but first off Alberto gave me the entire break down which I really appreciate! His professionalism and knowledge definitely peaked my interest and my wife and I decided to go with ARS. The next day Adam, Gabriel and Paul (the electrician) installed my furnace and ac. They were very professional answered all of my questions and Adam gave me the best walk thru when the job was complete. They even wore shoe covers to not track dirt in my house. WOW! I am very excited to not face a winter with the worry about my furnace from 96’ going out again. I even have ac for the first time since I’ve lived at my house in 09’. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going with Ars and especially having Gabriel, Adam and Paul as the dream team! They even cleaned up when the job was finished. Thank you Adam l, Gabriel, Alberto and Paul! You all deserve a raise!

I scheduled this service through the home & garden show. I was expecting some hard upsell to go with it. Instead I got Markus, who was very informative when explaining what he was doing and what he found. He made valid suggestions and recommendations.

I had the pleasure of having Davin B. perform a 21 point inspection of our furnace (first time in four years). He was courteous, professional, and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter and will probably be reaching out again for a hot water heater issue. - Following up - Carson W. came out to fix our hot water heater issues and he was as courteous and knowledgeable as Davin. We appreciate the service ARS has provided in our home.

Furnace stopped working unexpectedly and I was able to book a next day appointment online. Company was communicative (offered to move up my appointment window as they had a service tech in the area) and the technician (Joe) that responded was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

My options were clearly explained and I was given space to make a decision without pressure. Because of the quality of the technician that was sent out I will absolutely use this company in the future for any needed maintenance and later when it is time to replace my furnace.

Very good communication leading up to arrival of technician. We scheduled a draining, anode check, and refill. Our water heater is 23 years old and has never been drained.
The tech saved us a lot of money and trouble by pointing out that our old water heater might leak from the requested draining. So, we only paid a reasonable trip charge. We are extremely grateful for the technician's honesty. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I came to visit my mom and noticed her heater wasn’t working. I tried the quick fixes—changing the filter and power cycling—but had no luck. I called ARS and they were great from the start. They scheduled service for the very next day and kept me updated with calls and accurate arrival times.

Sal and Joe arrived right on time, were extremely polite and friendly, and quickly diagnosed the issue. They clearly explained the problem and gave my mom several options. Once she made her choice and approved the quote, they went to get the parts right away and completed the repair quickly so she could have heat again.

Shout out to Keenan and Brandon, pulling extra hours today to do the damn job right, feel bad for what these guys had to deal with from previous contractors, (bathroom remodel, tub install), I really appreciate their patience and dedication to make sure our new system not only got put in correctly, but also fixed our ducts, exhaust piping, basically all under the house, in the crawl space. I am so grateful. 💯 Recommended

Saw this company at the home show last week. Thought I would give them a try. Company was quick to respond and set an appointment for a tune up. Kevin showed up on time. He checked both furnaces and gave me a rundown and what maintenance needs to be done sooner rather than later. Kevin was knowledgeable and detailed everything out for me. Will follow up with them in the coming months so I can budget for the maintenance.

Recently, 2 companies gave us outrageously high bids to fix elements of our home that turned out to not be broken. Scary! We were then referred to Justin Lowell of ARS/RescueRooter, literally one of the best service providers ever. He is brilliant, kind, calm, honest and a superb communicator. We wish him a bright future!

This whole group was beyond professional and thorough. Would highly recommend they did a phenomenal job from start to finish!

Habebah ,I met that girl yesterday at Home Depot yesterday. I totally ignore her and being little bit rude, I am absolutely very sorry for that. But that girl still helped me out with great smile In her face the whole time. Then I decide to hear The offer she trying to give me, I was surprised you guys provide that low prize for your service, then I make the appointment. Came out some issues in the appointment and fixed it because it was good price. But big thank you to Habebah. For her kindness And patience on me. And I am very sorry too. Service was amazing. That guy was nice too, but I forgot his name. Thank you for everything guys

I recommend ARS Rescue Rooter !!! Jonathon Adams, an HVAC Tech, came to my house for a furnace inspection and did a superb job. He knows his stuff. Jonathan answered all my questions and I hope to use his services again. Thank you Jonathon !!!!

Marcus was fantastic! The job took all night due to some mechanical issues but he was professional and honest timely and courteous. His professionalism reflected greatly on your company and he should be commended. I also appreciated the second tech that came to help him out late on a Saturday night. Give those fellas a raise! They deserve it!

These guys are pros! Ben, Leo and Chris did a top notch installation of our new Heat Pump, Furnace and Smart Thermostat. I highly recommend ARS /Rescue Rooter for their excellence. We were very happy with our sales rep Anthony as his expertise, patience and assurance made us feel we had made the right choice. He answered all our questions and made us comfortable with the AC installation cost and process. Matt and Cody worked all day to install the AC unit which is currently working well. ARS sent Brian to patch sheetrock and he did a great job.
