if i could give more than 5 stars, i definitely would! first of all, preston is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. the price for repairing my heater was very fair. his team was efficient and also easy to talk to. preston explained everything about the heater repair and answered all my questions before and after the job. they cleaned up completely when finished, so you couldn't even tell they had been here. it was pretty impressive how they fixed the heater and replaced parts, even though they had to work through a small trap door in my closet. they arrived right on time and finished in about 4 hours. i highly recommend comfortpros heating & cooling if you want a professional heater repair at a fair price. great job!
