ComfortPros Heating & Cooling is simply the best! They did an excellent job replacing my ancient fuel oil heater with a brand new Reem propane one in just six hours. They even took care of the old fuel oil tank that was in my basement. Bryson managed all the necessary tasks, from emptying the old fuel tank to arranging a LP tank for us. The team of three, including Shaun and Trenton, who installed the heater were incredibly kind and professional. They left no mess behind and made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat. I'm so grateful they removed that old tank from my basement! Truly, ComfortPros Heating & Cooling deserves more than 5 stars!

i highly recommend comfortpros for any heater repair needs! bryson was very friendly and helpful when it came to figuring out what was wrong with my furnace. he didn't try to sell me services i didn't need, but instead offered plenty of useful tips on how to troubleshoot and possibly fix my furnace myself. i've never had such great customer service with any other heater repair company in aurora!

I've had several great experiences with this furnace repair company. Most recently, Greyson came by for a furnace tune-up and everything went smoothly. He was able to fit me in earlier than expected, which was really convenient. Greyson was friendly, helpful, and really knows his stuff about furnaces. I was very happy with the service. Previously, Greyson also replaced the motor in my AC unit. The team worked me into their schedule quickly since I didn't have any cooling, and they even gave me a great discount. The whole process was fast and professional. Scheduling appointments has always been easy with this company.
