Waste of time! I called and spoke to Kfir, the owner. Super responsive and nice. Scheduled an appt for a Level II chimney inspection for a real estate transaction. When the tech arrived I said, "we're doling a Level II with a camera inspection, right?" He had no idea what I was talking about. Then he pulled out his phone and said, "I can take pictures".

I had them out for a service and inspection. They found a couple minor problems. They told me what they were going to do, and then did what they said they were going to do.

I set up an appointment to get our chimney/crown repaired. Kfir offered to inspect our roof as well, which sounded great. At the time of the appointment, he didn't show. I followed up and never heard anything. It's been several weeks.

My chimney was damaged. I called the Chimney Kings to inspect and provide a quote. They provided photo and video of the damage and explained what needed to be done. Not only was their quote competitive with other quotes I received they scheduled my repair within a day of me selecting them. They got the work done promptly and my chimney looks great. I definitely recommend them.

So thankful for Chimney Kings!! We had a dead animal stuck in the shelf part behind/inside our fireplace. I called multiple places, and nobody could help, and if they could, it was going to be several thousands of dollars. Lio came out and took a video to show us what it was. He was willing to do what it took to get the squirrel out and cleaned and sanitized our fireplace and chimney. It was no easy task! Cannot thank him enough!

Had the chimney king do a cleaning on my fireplace. The guy was polite and respectful. Had a quick response between calling and having the work done, both parts was done in same day. Price wasn’t too bad. Person cleaned up before heading out. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with The Chimney Kings. I called them for an inspection of my chimney and a yearly cleaning. While doing the inspection, they showed me pictures of my chimney crown that had been damaged over time. They walked me through the whole process of what they were doing. And best of all, they were able to get all the work done in one visit!

I called Chimney King for a cleaning and inspection of my gas fireplace. I spoke with Kfir. He sent out technican Leo to my house to clean the chimney and fireplace. He did this work in 38 mins. Once working, there was a bang of spark coming from the fireplace as he was applying too much gas in trying to light the pilot. Kefir had to come back out to get the fireplace working. Also the cleaning that Leo was scheduled to do was horrible. My fireplace was not cleaned at all. He came back out two days later to reclean it and it was still the same as if he never came back. He walked out of my house without saying anything at all without being questioned as to what he did. I would not recommend this company for a gas fireplace at all. The manager Kfir was nice on the phone but the service was not good and was provided very poorly. Will not be using again.

I was referred to The Chimney Kings through a friend. They came out and thoroughly inspected my chimney. They were very knowledgeable and had informed me that safety was their number 1 concern. They showed me pictures and videos of the damage that they found on my chimney crown and that I had a missing chimney cap. The price was very fair and the got the job done on spot!

Last night I heard animals coming from the chimney ! I called The Chimney Kings and they came right away, soon enough we found out those animals were babies raccoons, the technician took care of the problem quickly. This company is amazing because I found out that they not just throwing them in the street they took them to the shelter which made me feel happy to hear.
The technician took care of the problem quickly, efficiently, professionally, and safely. Highly recommend them!!!
