Someone from this company infiltrated our neighborhood Facebook page, pretending to live in our community trying to get business. I would not recommend using some that starts off with a lie....

Easy to book/schedule appointments.
Technicians were on time.
Over-All great service.

Didn’t complete the job. When I asked them to come back and finish they ignored me and blocked me on all other platforms they advertise on. I had to spend an extra $300 for someone else to come and finish what they should have done. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Company creates fake Facebook accounts and infiltrates Facebook neighborhood community pages claiming to be your neighbor and a local small town business. That qualifies to me as a very deceptive business practice.

Didn’t have the best start with the company. But after speaking to Eli, I realized it was due to a third party. He came out and corrected all issues and was very professional and informative. I thank Eli for making sure that the issue was resolved.

This company advertised they clean in my area, accepted a job, scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out, never followed up, and at 30 minutes past the scheduled arrival time doesn't show. "We don't service your area" .... really it is the same area it was 3 weeks ago! Found them on Facebook marketplace.... don't trust them!!!

I was extremely impressed with prompt and friendly service. The quote given was very competitive and my job was done with the utmost professional attention. I would highly recommend for all duct needs.

BEWARE - FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION! I wouldn’t even call them a company. This was a horror experience! In a hurry, did not unscrew vents, used a small shop vac to catch dust that was flying back into the room. Was here maybe an hour and I have a home built in 1916. Told me he didn’t need to take off the registers behind the bed because they never get dirty. Their sanitation is using a spray bottle to spray the inside of the vent. He was frustrated with me because I kept questioning his work.

Eli came early for our appointment, was quick and super friendly. He explained the entire process and was very patient with me as we cleared space for him to access vents. We will call and ask for Eli from here on out! Thank you!

I paid $190 for a new construction ranch style home vent and dryer cleaning. They did not clean the come back vent that the machine was attached to and they refused to clean the dryer vent since the house was just over a year old. After that I realized this was not a neighbor like I thought when they advertise on our private neighborhood page.

The best quality man ever. My airducts were disguising, the dust was on the curtains, on the doors on the window ledges, everywhere! The tech cleaned the ducts and furnace and pulled out 1 inch thick layer of animal hair + dust + children toys and pollen. It was unbelievable dirty. He worked so hard, cleaned ducts twice and now it is super nice and CLEAN!

Got My Air ducts cleaned by Aplus. They were very informative and experienced. Following all the sops . Everything went very well and I will highly recommend this company. They have gained a customer who will use their service again✌🏻

This person is falsely taking local women's Facebook accounts and saying they are the owners of a company that has good reviews just to get you to use them. They will offer you a deal and lie about who they are. When asked for licenses and insurance information they say they have, they tell you they will bring it and don't. They then will refer you to the website that's not theirs and won't answer anymore questions. Now the female will stop responding. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY always do your research. This person is a scam! If they mess anything up they are not insured or licensed and bonded!

Ilya came with A Plus Air Duct Cleaning and did a great job cleaning out our ducts. They have not been cleaned before and the before and after was pretty amazing. Would definitely recommend!
