They did an amazing job! I hired this company because I just bought my house and needed my Air ducts clean and chimney sweep. The house had a few renovations and dust was all over the place. Luis did an amazing job! I have a 3 floor condo, he cleaned all the ducts, dryer vent and swept the chimney. I had the wrong kind of dryer hose so I went and bought a new one and he installed it. He went above and beyond and was so friendly and professional. Great price and didn't upcharge for little things like removing and replacing the vent covers in each room. Very unprofessional. Monty came to my home on a friday morning because my electric furnace was blowing cold air. He was here for less than 30 min. and had it fixed, or so we thought... It was a warm day so I lowered the thermostat to 65 after he left, the blower shut off but the heating elements did not.
I did not realize it for several hours until I smelled something burning. I called him to report the issue and he had me shut the breakers off and said that he would be out the next day to see what the issue was. He was a no show, no call. Then on Sunday someone called me to let me know that he would be here on Monday. Again, no show and no call. Tuesday a lady called and said he would be back here late on tuesday or wednesday morning. Wednesday morning the same lady called me and said that there was nothing that they could do other than selling me a new unit for aprox. $900. WOW REALY !!

Monte has done all of our heating and cooling work for the last 24 years and does an excellent job. He's been there for us in several emergency situations and has saved the day every time. Reasonable prices, great work and always reliable. Wouldn't use anyone else.
