I used this small family owned company to repair a leaking gas line in my basement 3 years ago. Their prices were reasonable, they worked long and hard to get the problem fixed, and were very professional.

Seeing that there were only a few reviews, I wanted to provide my experience.

Louis and his son come out to do a complete install ( Basement and Attic) for a new Heating and AC system. I never leave reviews but they did such a great job, were professional and pricing was so reasonable I have to leave this message and say what a great experience it was to work with them. Highly recoomend for all your HVAC needs.

Louis and his son came to our home on a day over 100 degrees and our AC was out. They were incredibly professional and informative, and best part, able to repair the AC. I would absolutely recommend their services. We will use them going forward.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I typically don't write reviews, but feel the need to warn others never to use this company. No one deserves to be stolen from and cheated out of thousands of dollars like we were.

In October Luis and his son came to the house and said we needed to have our Heating and AC units replaced (we have two of each.) Luis required a deposit for 60% of the quoted amount. When Luis failed to show up for the install I learned that the check was cashed at a Moneytree (check cashing business) two days later. After numerous no show appointments to come and perform the work, they finally showed up to take our two outside AC units. The texts, calls and stories about how things have gone since then would take pages to write out. No response, except for the occasional story about why they couldn't come for the scheduled appointment, no remorse, nothing. Needless to say we are out thousands and thousands of dollars. I am beyond disgusted by the level of theft we have encountered.

Now it is two months later and no response, the work hasn't been performed, we are out even more then the $14,000 we paid given they took our AC units as well. We now have involved the police and will likely file a civil suit as well.

Under no circumstances should this company be used for even the smallest of jobs. They will steal your money.

Things with this company started out great until a part that was put in by them faltered. I was told my evaporative coil was bad so I went and looked at an old receipt to find that they installed it 2 years prior.
I then brought it to their attention in September soon after the diagnosis and it is now March and nothing has been done. I have been ignored and put off since September. I started doing research and asking around about how long it takes for a warranty and was told it takes about an hour versus a long drawn out process. I used them because a client of mine spoke so highly of them only to find out if I’m not shelling out money I’m not important.

Louis and his men did a fabulous job installing new furnace, AC and water heater. Very professional, courteous and pleasant. Got the job done in excellent time. My TH is old and they had to replace some things, added a. 2nd air-intake . Just did a super job. Very pleased!

Contacted these guys after having previous work done at a different address. Things can change, a LOT, and this was for the ABSOLUTE WORST. We got a quote, an appointment scheduled for an install of an AC unit, humidifier, and furnace and paid 60% up front. Installation was scheduled for March 31st, snow storm forced a reschedule. New date was for April 6th, they were a no-show, no text, no call. New date set for April 12th, they were too busy to come to our house and now the equipment is also not available? April 18th contacted about another install date, Louis claims equipment is still unavailable. The equipment should have been available prior to the FIRST installation date. On the 20th stated equipment was on a truck. New scheduled install April 27th, no call, no-show. Contacted them on the 28th and requested a firm date or possibly going to cancel for refund. Scheduled install for May 2nd. Louis texted on the 2nd and stated electrician was unavailable and 2 employees sick, and needed a reschedule. New date, May 16th. We are told the AC unit was damaged on the truck and they were looking for a new unit. May 19th set for new installation date. They actually showed up on the 19th and took out the original furnace and left. Showed up on the 20th and installed new AC unit and furnace. They were going to finish the installation on the 21st, the humidifier and closing up the drywall. They did not show up or call on the 21st. We contacted them the 27th for an explanation, Louis said they were busy and would check his schedule. No contact from Louis. May 31st, contacted Ray about scheduling issues and being unable to reach Louis. Ray stated he would "check the schedule" and call back within the hour, never called, or texted. June 6th, contacted Louis about completion of installation, no response. June 27th Louis finally contacts us about installing humidifier and closing up drywall so we asked when they can schedule adn be here, no response from Louis. We reached out again on July 2nd to ask about a final completion date. There has been no response and today, July 6th, we are posting this review. We have also had the unit inspected by another HVAC professional and the coils installed were too large for our home (5 ton and we needed 3.5 ton) and the coils have frozen due to that.
If you want one of the absolute worst HVAC companies in the state of Colorado, then THIS IS the outfit for you...

After doing an amazing job on replacing my home furnace and air conditioner I had Louis come over to a rental property of mine. I was quoted from another company the whole system needed to be replaced. Louis and his team explained all my options and was able to simply fix and fill my AC system for fractions of what I thought I was going to pay. Just went through 12 days straight over 90 degrees and the AC unit never flinched. Highly recommend this team. Honest and informative.

Called agency because my air conditioner stopped working I just bought the house in December and had the unit checked out before finalizing the contract and the air stopped working they came out the same day I called and found a bad power wire also while they were here they found out that the thermostat was wired wrong they fixed everything on the spot and only charged me the trip charge then told me what I should do to keep from having any issues with my units in the near future strongly recommend this company

Would highly recommend. Their people are very attentive, friendly and trustworthy. They were quick to get me up and running and did a great job.

Awesome installation of my furnace and A.C.. they did it in 2 days. Wi-Fi thermostat. Got a pregnant lady. Got to keep her warm and cool.

These people saved the day! I was without A/C hours before I was expecting 35 guests and within 2 hours this company found a serviceman to come, added Freon and cooled the house down....incredible service and they have a customer for life now...highly recommend!

Collin came out and looked at our AC unit. He was professional, punctual and a great help. I would recommend them for all of our HVAC needs.

So helpful and friendly! My gas/electric bill has been crazy high and I knew something was wrong, but I didn't know what. Curt explained to me what he was checking for as he worked and found several problems. The main problem was the way my furnace was wired so he fixed that. Then he let me know what other things he noticed need to be fixed at some point and let me know there's no reason to rush but explained that if I wait longer than 3 years to address the problems it would cause more problems. I really appreciated that he answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like I was doomed if I didn't have the repairs done right away. I have peace of mind now and my house is warmer, plus next winter my gas/electric bill won't be crazy high. Thank you so much!

If you get this company to respond to your home warranty service call, I would recommend you ask for a different one! No show, no call, emergencies left and right on there end and leave you stuck waiting. If I could give no stars I would as the customer service is the worst I have seen in a long time. From reading the reviews they must factor in these warranty calls when it’s convenient for their schedule and not yours.

EDIT: while the below is still true, and it was annoying. I will update this because Connor, who worked on my AC stayed very late to make sure it was working, he was very kind, and I don't want my below review to reflect poorly on him. He was great.

This is interesting. So reading the reviews I do see a large bias. There are the 5 start reviews with users who called them directly, then there are those of us who used them through a warranty company. Interestingly enough I have had the exact same experience as those posting 1 stars. I would also give a 0 if I were allowed. They told me I "cancelled" my first appointment, were about 5 hours late to my second, and them ghosted for a month. Before they tried calling me to schedule "their only available appointment of the week" the night before they wanted to show up. Then scheduled me for the next week, to which they misscheduled and had to push me to the following day, then again they called me the day of to give me a heads up as to when they might be here. For which they are again almost 5 hours late, their excuse was the best too - apparently the shipping office "forgot" to order my part, so they would be a few hours late. Which either implies that they can manage to get the parts they need within hours and just make people wait months while they "wait on orders" or he just straight up lied and had something else that to do that took priority over a customer.

They clearly service other customers first, so if you have a warranty and this is the company. Request a new company. Because it might be a month before you even hear back.

Our AC unit stopped working on a nearly 100° day. I called the following day, and within a couple of hours they were able to send an amazing technician (I'm talking about you, Colin) over. He diagnosed the issue (a blown fuse) within minutes and had us back up and running shortly thereafter. He also cleaned the coil and made sure that the airflow was improved. This was on a 20+ year old unit, and he easily could have told me it was shot and needed to be replaced, but he was honest and checked to make sure the unit would keep working. Fantastic service, super-helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable! Will be calling them again when needed, and asking for Colin if possible!

I got stuck with these guys after opening a service request with my home warranty company. Collin was a no-show for the first appointment, canceled on the second appointment, and showed up an hour late for the third appointment. When he arrived, he didn't have the equipment he needed for the work we had discussed on the phone. After looking over my HVAC setup, Collin recommended installation of a new duct. He said he would submit his recommendation to my home warranty company to verify the work is covered, but he never did. I just got called today by a different HVAC company via my home warranty company because, apparently, Collin canceled my service request without ever saying a word to me about it. Frankly, I'm glad he did, because I don't think I would be comfortable having him (or anyone associated with him) doing any work in my house.

Trenton arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment and immediately got to work examining our indoor AC unit. He offered valuable advice on how to enhance its performance. Following his thorough inspection of our outdoor unit, he identified the issue: insufficient refrigerant levels. I would highly recommend Trenton for your AC repair and maintenance needs in Aurora.

Bryson was outstanding - installing a new AC unit in a 70-year-old house might not be one's first choice for wrapping up the year, but he did an excellent job and we're more than pleased. Our AC is cooling efficiently again, for which we're very grateful.
