about an hour after i called, levi arrived to check out my hvac system. he was very friendly, explained things clearly, and was upfront about everything. after running some diagnostic tests, he gave me a couple of options for fixing the issue and a few choices for replacing the whole system. since our unit was pretty old, we decided to go with a full replacement using a 3 ton amana gold package. installation is scheduled soon because of my limited schedule. we’re excited to have a new, reliable hvac system working for us. levi did a great job as a service technician.
