We had many problems with the first two visits from your installer for our new air conditioner; his helper was fine. Three items, first, forgot and left a screw out of the front of the unit inside, resulting in cold air escaping into the room, which resulted in the need to install weather stripping around and on the bottom of the door to prevent the escaped cold air from entering the bathroom and bedroom. Second, installed the outdoor plumbing far away from the house, resulting in the need for a strap to help protect and secure the piping. Third, he was very lazy in attempting to install a Nest thermostat, which we requested. Said the existing wiring was nailed to the inside of the wall and did not try or attempt to try or ask for a different method of installation. We had to inform him that the unit could not be installed in front of the basement windows, as it was after his first installation. He had to have the electrician come out and extend the electrical wiring in order to install the unit per regulations, and told me I would have to pay for the electrician to return and fix his mistake. I hope that I don't get charged for this, or I will have to contact Lowe's. Finally, after phone calls of disapproval of the work, I requested a different installer to come out and finish the first round of work. The second installer sent out was very capable and agreed that the first installation was wrong in the installation and mistakes. He added the screw, strapped the piping in the back, and got the Nest thermostat installed. Five stars for our second installer (I wish I had his name…please look it up) , he deserves a pat on the back), and also five stars for our Comfort Advisor Chris Odiah who had to put up with my phone calls of disappointment0 (it was because of these two people that I did not tell ARS to remove the unit and refund my money). I am not sure if I will call and request any additional future work to be done by your company, time will tell.

Habebah ,I met that girl yesterday at Home Depot yesterday. I totally ignore her and being little bit rude, I am absolutely very sorry for that. But that girl still helped me out with great smile In her face the whole time. Then I decide to hear The offer she trying to give me, I was surprised you guys provide that low prize for your service, then I make the appointment. Came out some issues in the appointment and fixed it because it was good price. But big thank you to Habebah. For her kindness And patience on me. And I am very sorry too. Service was amazing. That guy was nice too, but I forgot his name. Thank you for everything guys

His professionalism reflected greatly on your company and he should be commended. I also appreciated the second tech that came to help him out late on a Saturday night. Give those fellas a raise! They deserve it!

Western Sheet Metal Works is a reliable Heating company operating in Aurora CO. We've been using their services for years and they have never disappointed us.

I have spent an entire day trying to find someone to look at a furnace. Robby was the first person who seemed genuinely concerned with my issue and tried to help. Every one else I spoke to was almost insulted that I call with such a small task, or they wouldn't give me a price without coming to see the furnace.

My air conditioner was running waaayyyy too much, after Mr.Bravo came and took care of business my electrical bill was like 1/3 cheaper. Definitely beats out other recent interactions with technicians (cough* Comcast ruined my carpets), Aurora Air was very professional, well mannered, and... he even showed me how to seal my windows and doors. I hope I do not have problems again any time soon, but if I do I will only call Aurora Air.

I have known Rob Buckstein for years. He has installed two furnaces and an air conditioning system in my home, in addition to making repairs when needed. He is honest, reliable, fair, very knowledgeable, competent, trustworthy, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend him if you have heating or air conditioning needs.

I have had installations, service and repair done by Western sheet Metal, including duct work in a newly finished basement, troubleshooting and repair of our furnace and A/C several years ago, and replacement of our furnace and A/C recently.

The technician, the same person for the past 16 years, has always done a completely satisfying job, and on the recent replacement, recommended a product that actually saved about half of my heat and A/C bill.

He has gone over and above on virtually every job he has done. That is true value. I recommend Western Sheet Metal for any HVAC issue above any other.
