I am extremely impressed with the ARS installation team. They arrived when they said they would be here and they worked fast, finishing much sooner than I expected. The install looked great, and the unit works amazing. They took time to walk through everything with me and answered all my questions. From sale to installation, I was greatly impressed by my ARS team. Awesome job guys!

My furnace is 27 years old. Daran checked out the entire system and verified performance values. He gave it a clean bill of health with some things to watch next year! A very thorough technician! Well done!

My dad had Joseph Schwind come out to do a basic tuneup on our system. He did a great job with showing us what was wrong and what we could fix as well as giving us various options for plans of action and price ranges, I appreciated his knowledge and his genuine intention to help.

ARS / Rescue Rooter made the annual rooter maintenance of my problem kitchen drain a breeze. They kept me advised of their status by personal telephone calls. Shows up earlier that projected. They were clean, professional, pleasant and efficient. And, their pricing was fair with no manipulative up-charge tactics. I would have no hesitancy using them again and they have my full recommendation.

Carson Wells was very professional and explained each step in the process and was able to add on additional maintenance services that weren't requested initially. Scheduling was very easy and he arrived in the appointment window.

Matt, Cody and their team were very professional and efficient. They worked from morning until evening making sure the job was done at their very best! They took the time to walk me through all that they upgraded and explained this new system in a way that I could understand! Very pleasant and polite! Definitely recommending them to family and friends!

We were very happy with our sales rep Anthony as his expertise, patience and assurance made us feel we had made the right choice. He answered all our questions and made us comfortable with the AC installation cost and process. Matt and Cody worked all day to install the AC unit which is currently working well. ARS sent Brian to patch sheetrock and he did a great job.

Leo and Ben installed a new furance and heat pump today.
They answered all my questions and kept me informed about the progress of the installation.
Ben said that he works on jobs like they were on his own home. Good to know!
They did a excellent job!
They went above and beyond looking at my gas fireplace and looking at electrical issues.

Worst experience overall, with one exception.
In February, a technician failed to explain serious safety concerns and rebooted our system while carbon monoxide was entering our home, with no transparency.

The tech visit on Tuesday was the only positive experience. He was honest, thorough, and clearly explained that CO2 was being pumped into our home.

Communication and scheduling were consistently poor. We were not notified of delays, had multiple late arrivals, a two-hour delay on Tuesday, and a missed estimate appointment where the technician claimed no one was home despite us waiting with the door open.

Thankfully the weather is mild, but in colder conditions this lack of urgency and professionalism could have put our family at risk. Overall, very disappointing aside from the tech on Tuesday.

Juan has been to our house twice in the last month. He has been nothing but pleasant, honest and kind. My dad is in his 70’s and in hospice and I know this is a company I can trust to not take advantage of him.

After having to call for a total of 3 crews to haphazardly install an AC and replace a furnace, nothing went to plan. They did not schedule the electrician same day and they left us without heat until I complained enough that they sent out someone to the Springs to install the thermostat.

Each crew had a different interpretation of how to do the work and it still isn’t done right. For the amount they charged this is disappointing. They also constantly have their managers out of contact. I would not recommend using this group and think they should lose their referral theough Lowes. I think the Colorado Springs area is too complicated for them to manage. I wish I picked someone else. I only liked the sales guy.

Update: the reputation email requested was sent and never responded to. They sent someone to my house though to sign a completion statement while a 5th visit is required to finish the inspection failures.

The last work was completed in December. The people are generally nice. My frustration is the operation and disorganization. I wish them luck and have signed off after 3 months.

Dustin was completely professional and efficient. I not sure this is the avenue to recommend his services elsewhere, but I would. When asked, He went above and beyond in his duties to this assignment, by removing unnecessary items from my vents to maximize quality, for this, I thank him!

ARS was very responsive and installed our new heat pump furnace an water heater quickly. There were some hiccoughs getting the system running properly but the again were responsive getting this taken care of All of their technicians we dealt with were excellent. . Addendum: The heating system wasn't functioning properly so after two other techs tried, Paul, found the issue and fixed it.

Pierre was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his honesty as well as how quickly the company was able to send him out to repair my furnace. Thanks bunch for getting everything up and running smoothly!

Heating, A.C & Heat pump evaluation with initial
Bid for replacement. Assessment was handled by Anthony Atmore. He did an outstanding and personal explanation of what we currently have and what he and his company would recommend for replacement furnace and air conditioning. Anthony did a great job explaining our current system and advantages of a heat pump system. Which until this point had been Rather mysterious and intimidating. My family and I are so incredibly disappointed in our experience and the end results of our HVAC and AC installation. We wanted fast and reliable installation and service so we thought that’s what we would get with ARS and that is exactly what we did NOT get. The sales man was nice, but either lied or overpromised about next day installation and a system “we wouldn’t hear at all”, so we didn't think we needed to relocate it downstairs. More than a month after the supposed “emergency” installation we finally had an install and the unit inside the house is so loud you can’t stand on the other side of the door and have a conversation. Not to mention the first inspection failed and requires a second. So we are now two months and counting to get this taken care of. We were fully prepared for a high cost but we thought it would be worth it to have it done quickly and done right and now we are left with high cost, a job that isn’t done right, and is still an ongoing inconvenience. We were even told if it’s not done right we would get $500 for the inconvenience and we have not seen a dime of that despite ongoing complaints and communication with them without returned calls. Unless you want the same experience and want to pay for over promising and under performing, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Victor was fantastic! He was very thorough in his inspection and was able to identify the problem and fix my drain. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Salvatore Addotta was phenomenal! Very nice guy!!!! He was very professional and knowledgeable. In Colorado, my husband I own a small condo and 40 acres of land and we also have two rental properties in a different state. We have a managing company that manages those properties and we are gonna request to use this company (ARS) from now on!!!! We have been using ARS for the past couple of years in Colorado and we are extremely pleased with the service.
