We had a new boiler system installed in our home December 23’. For sixteen months our system just was not operating correctly. We had the great fortune of finding Aether Mechanical LLC. Nicholas, Paolo and Ivan were the “BEST”!! From our initial meeting with Nicholas our experience with this company was “seamless”. Aether updated our system, adding updated equipment that should have been installed from the beginning. I did a bit of background exploration because of having been so disappointed by other companies, financially and emotionally. Nicholas has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Colorado school of Mines. Nicholas came into our home and (no exaggeration) in two minutes he diagnosed our initial problem. He explained in detail, that we were able to understand concerning the outdated parts of our existing system that needed to be replaced. Thank you Aether for giving two old guys great service and FINALLY, PEACE of MIND. Great business experience.

Called Aether for a HVAC inspection prior to listing our home for sale. Nico and his team were friendly, professional and did a thorough inspection of our system. They did find a couple tune up issues, his recommended fixes (valve replacement/exhaust repair) were done well and Nico explained how it might affect a home inspection if those weren't resolved. Aether provided great service and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Nicolas was amazing! I talked to 3 different hvac companies and he was the best. He took his time explaining everything during the first assessment and then did the same during installation. The whole process was very smooth and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be using them again if needed in the future.

Nicolas and his team did a great job. They responded quickly to my inquiry when our A/C when out in 90+ weather. Nicolas walked me through the different options we had and made me feel comfortable making a decision. The work, price, and quality of service was outstanding. Will definitely be using them again in the future for all our HVAC needs.

There was a leak in the wall of our powder room the Friday before Christmas, we gave Aether a call and they were able to send Nico and Ivan over the same day. They diagnosed the issue and where the leak was coming from so there was minimal damage to our drywall. It turns out there were two pinhole leaks in each pipe to our bathroom sink but Aether was able to repair the pipes with thicker copper and explained why the leaking pipe wasn't the proper type. Really grateful they were able to come out on short notice before the holiday! Great guys that provide great service at a great price!

I used them twice, both in early December 2023 when my 20+ year old gas furnace stopped working and this past April when I wanted to reconnect my 10+ year AC unit but the older RU22 refrigerant made it incompatible with the newer furnace system. Both times, the technicians were very responsive, came out quickly to diagnose the problem, and were able to install within a few days of requesting a replacement. Their prices are reasonable and comparable in the market (I had done some quotes with other contractors a year before in anticipation of the system breaking down so I was able to compare before accepting their quotes). The technicians were very professional and knowledgable. My new heating and cooling system is running much more efficiently than before.

We experienced that homeowner horror recently - oh no, our 30 year old boiler failed! After a bit of online research, we asked Aether Mechanical to come by, check everything out, give us recommendations. From the first moment we met Nicholas, we knew we were in good hands. It's nice when the owner of the company (even if it's a small company) comes to meet a potential customer for the first time, and then you find out that he has a Masters degree from Mines! He was very polite, patient in explaining everything that had happened with our old boiler, also patient and not pushy when presenting us with options for a new boiler, including the financing options. We decided to go with one of the options he presented, including the financing, which went through quickly and easily, and the deal was done. Within a couple of days the work began and it was seamless for us. Nick and his assistant did everything they promised, again patiently explaining all the work they were doing as they were doing it. They thoroughly checked every aspect of the new system after it was installed to assure that all was working properly, showed us the new electronic components and how to use them, and left us feeling totally confident in our choice of our system, and especially in our choice of Aether Mechanical. I would absolutely recommend these guys with no hesitation whatsoever!

Excellent service, super-nice and very responsive! Our heater made some odd noises and Aether was there the next morning (and would’ve come out earlier if we had no heat). They diagnosed the problem thoroughly and made solid recommendations for fixing or replacing, and then replaced the same day!

Paul did an AWESOME job. Replaced a kitchen faucet. He was on time, professional, clean, and worked quickly.

We are so thankful we found Aether Mechanical. We live in Evergreen & our 20 year old boiler went out in November. We had no heat & a cold front was on the way. We called them & left a voice message on Saturday night, we had a call back Sunday morning & Nicholas was here on Monday morning to see what was going on. I asked Aether Mechanical out to see if they could install a range hood and bathroom ventilation fan with external ventilation. They said they could do the job and gave me a quote. It sounded reasonable. However, I encountered numerous issues from the start.

They couldn’t get the work order and contact information correct.

They cancelled my installation without notifying me.

When they did send people out they didn’t have the skills to do the job. The installer they sent literally said he didn’t do hoods, roof cuts, woodwork or electrical work.

The cut through the cabinet was pretty sloppy and they broke my attic access panel.

The only reason this wasn’t a one star review is because the installer was courteous and the owner of the business covered the cost of roof work which they neglected to include in the quote amount.

This company came recommend by a friend had a representative come and gave us a quote he was honest and gave us a great fair price . They were able to have us scheduled fast and install was professional clean and fast. I Highly recommend this company.

Thank you Nicholas and team for your efforts, time and efficient response and installation & replacement of our 50 year old boiler. Nicholas discovered during fire-up testing that carbon monoxide levels were *way* above acceptable limits. We had a cracked firebox, necessitating replacement. In fact many cracks.
In spite of an expensive but necessary replacement, we are thankful to have it done as we didn’t know that it was omitting carbon monoxide. Nicholas was patient with me and answered my questions. Their team also corrected an incorrect error on our a new water heater that was installed in September by a different company. The technicians were friendly, on time and were here all day.
