Yuriy was very quick to reply and came out to address my problem same-day on a very hot day. Luckily it was a quick fix which took maybe 15 minutes. Just so you know what to expect, the capacitor costs $125 through this company and the labor was $200. The itemized invoice was only provided after repeated requests. He did leave the hose unraveled and broke the hose box by sitting on it, but was otherwise professional and friendly. Payment is done through Venmo or Zelle.

I called Yuri at 6:30 a.m. to see if he could come take a look at our AC that was blowing warm air. He was here by 10 a.m. and promptly took care of the fix and service of our AC. I plan to use him in the future for our HVAC needs.

Within a couple minutes, he had my fireplace apart and found the problem. Before fixing it, he tested the rest of the parts and found another broken part. He had both parts with him in his truck. He replaced the broken parts, cleaned the entire fireplace, and put it back together. It's clear that Yuri has years of experience and knows what he is doing. I'd definitely hire him again, and I'd recommend him to anyone!

Yuriy was great to work with. He is super knowledgeable! He listened to all my problems and was able to give me the right solution for my house. He recommended ductless split units which I highly like. I definitely suggest using him for any HVAC needs.

Very dishonest company/contractor. Yuri told me I would have to replace blower motor and cage, and it will cost $800 for the parts alone and with installation he will charge me $1050 total. Since it was quite urgent, I agreed as I believed that he is offering me fair price. He told me I can't get parts outside of supplier and only they can get the parts. He lied to me. I believed him. When he brought the parts, it was generic parts which that costs less than $200 and work took him about an hour. I would never use his service again and I recommend you to look elsewhere. I understand businesses are there to make money but you shouldn't mark up part by 400% to take advantage of people's situation. I was in a desperate situation as I couldn't live in the cold for more than a day. Avoid this company/contractor like the plague.

Yuri was extremely helpful! I had my furnace motor die on the morning of New Years Eve. He still tried to get a new motor, driving to a fairly far supply store, and calling several stores which were closing early. He tried to fix it on New Years Eve, but wasn't able to do so with the parts he had; so, he told me he'd get to me early in a couple of days, after the supply stores were open for him to get the necessary part. Later that night on, he actually called and asked if I needed him to drop off a space heater in the meantime since it was really cold out overnight and he was worried about me and my dogs--though I didn't need a space heater, it was really kind of him to offer.
As promised he was here the following Wednesday morning, replaced the motor, and I now have a working furnace! He also replaced my dirty air filter to help me even more.
Yuri is very responsive, has a lot of good supply contacts, and is flexible and dependable with his time. I was lucky to find him here over the holidays.

The AC in our rental unexpectedly stopped working this past week. The apartment is on the top floor and the temps were approaching the 90s. We were extremely concerned about our tenants with the escalated temps and needed a resolution quickly. I called Yuriy with Temperature Select Air. Yuriy came out same day and had the AC working again within the hour. He quickly assessed and then promptly removed and replaced the start components on the condenser unit, double checked the Freon levels and ensured the temperature reading in the apartment had returned to the appropriate cooling range. Yuriy is excellent with communication, kind and all around easy to work with. Five stars! We will be calling him again.
