Yuri is a true AC professional. I had to cut contact with an unreliable contractor and Yuri came in and saved the day. I called him at 2:40PM on a Friday and he was at my place by 4:30. He communicated when he was on his way and kept me updated as he worked. He was very personable and straightforward about needed to be done. He was able to complete the installation of the AC unit at a very fair price, just in time for the hot weekend ahead! I would 10/10 recommend Yuri to anyone needing an AC installation or repair.

What a great experience! Yuri was so professional and knowledgeable; it was a pleasure to work with him. He installed a new motor in our swamp cooler, and the service was friendly and quick! I'll definitely use this company again!

Yuri did a great job with my tankless water heater repair and AC maintenance. He came out the same day, was prompt and thorough, with very reasonable pricing. When the water heater broke again a few days later (through no fault of his), he came out again same day and helped fix something that hadn't been installed correctly by the original owner. Both appliances are now running better than ever. Yuri really went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone!

I first used this service in 2019 and had a five-star experience. I am coming back today in 2023 to submit another five-star experience.

I called Yuri at 11:00 am on a Sunday, our furnace had quit during the night and our house was getting noticeably cooler each hour (it was -5F outside).

Yuri asked a few questions, then told me he could be at my house in about 90 minutes. (Yes, he was able to provide same-day service on a Sunday!)

I was cold anyway and didn't have anything better to do, so I watched while he opened up the unit to figure out what was going on. There were obvious problems with a large capacitor (leaking), but he thought he could help. He checked his truck and had the right parts (avoided a trip to the warehouse), and he gave me an estimate for the total repair cost (not cheap, but fair, especially for same-day service on a Sunday). - - I told him to go ahead.

He replaced the blower and capacitor and everything worked great. Within two hours the house temperature was back to normal again.

Yuri is a good technician, always willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fair, honest and hard-working HVAC repair person.

We had an older AC unit with a failed compressor but didn’t want to replace the entire system. Yuri recommended a cost effective solution and successfully commissioned the unit within the agreed upon budget. I saved thousands $$$$ by following his recommendations. Great job!!

I had Austin come and check my furnace. It was making a horrible sound. He determined the motor was bad. It took about a day for hime to get the new one and install. Austin was accurate, punctual, and went above and beyondto make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!

Josh made sure that the job was done right. I appreciate that he took the time to troubleshoot properly and went above and beyond to check some other unrelated problems that were giving us trouble in the attic. Great attention to detail and stellar work.

I recently had Carlos V come out to service and clean my furnace and he did an incredible job! He was very kind, professional, thorough and made sure to explain everything to me fully along the way. He even found a couple of issues that previous technicians had missed that he was able to promptly get resolved for me!
I also really appreciated the way he was careful in my home and insisted on wearing shoe covers to protect my floors. Very thoughtful.

About 40 days after it started I got a notification from the city that we had an ongoing leak. I tracked it down to our primary bathroom's toilet. The flapper was completely disintegrated. I bought a new one and changed it. Leak slowed but didn't stop. I called a few plumbers in our area with good reviews and every number connected me to one of those operator systems that then connects you to a different company. Super frustrating. Local Plumbing was the only one that actually connected me to the company I had dialed and didn't put me through a robot and operator system. I dialed, the phone rang, and a human picked up who said I reached "Local Plumbing". Amazing! Thomas was able to come out quickly and after describing the problem to him he even guessed the brand of toilet we had before seeing it based on the issue we were having! He gave us some options we could even try ourselves to save some money. Sadly, they didn't work and he had to come back and replace the toilet. But we appreciated the honesty. He returned quickly and our leak has FINALLY stopped. I'm not too familiar with pricing for the services he gave us, so I can't say how they compare to others. But they seemed to be reasonable. If we have another issue we will definitely be calling Local! But, fingers crossed that won't be for a long time!

I had what I thought were major plumbing issues. This company brought in Techs (Christopher, Carter, and Thomas) who immediately demonstrated expertise, formulary repairs, and professional work ethics throughout the process. My questions and concerns were answered at length, full explanations and photos were provided to me. This is the business to contact for complex plumbing issues, bar none. The end product will last for many, many years!
