Amazing. Two professionals arrived at my door and had the issue diagnosed in under 5 minutes. They were able to identify other improvements and safety concerns. Not only that, they explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. They were knowledgeable and confident and took time to show me what they were seeing. They are the most trustworthy HVAC service I have worked with.

Have used this company a couple of times with our evaporative cooler in the last five years, extending it's life. Prompt service, arrives in the 2 hour time window, and concisely explains problems and solutions, with very reasonable rates. Will be using their services when I eventually replace the cooler.

After experiencing issues with two previous evaporative cooler technicians, I decided to give Mountain Pro HVAC a try. To my satisfaction, I've discovered a company capable of efficiently starting up and shutting down my coolers each season. Andrew visited on Wednesday and excellently closed down two coolers for me. I must mention that Andrew is not only a very pleasant individual but also someone who works diligently without wasting time. I intend to continue using Mountain Pro HVAC's services in the coming years, as I'm confident we can establish a mutually beneficial relationship to get the job done as I expect it to be done.

I rarely post reviews, but needed to for Mountain Pro. I had a weird whistling sound that was getting worse intermittently coming through my ducts - or so I thought. Called MP and the owner, Adrian, was out the next day - a Saturday at that - with NO extra weekend service charge. He spent over 2 hours here trying to figure the cause of the phantom whistling because it was not doing it while he was here! He looked at motors and blowers and vents all over the house since I have 2 furnaces. So knowledgeable and friendly and he could have replaced any number of things and said this is probably what is causing it. But did not want to leave or charge me for anything if he was not sure! Longer story short: Eventually the sound manifested and we discovered it was actually coming from a bad float in a toilet! Not an HVAC issue at all. He would not charge me more than just the $120 diagnostic call though I said he deserved more for all his work. This is now my go to company for anything HVAC!

Outstanding service! Andrew Vargas arrived promptly to fix a leak in the copper tubing of my cooler, and the price was very fair. His customer service was top-notch—he was punctual, well-informed, and worked efficiently, taking the time to explain everything in detail. He even got my evaporative cooler functioning better than it has in years. I'm definitely making the switch to his company from my previous one. I had called another company 1st, for AC repair, they gave me a 1-5 window. Waited 3 hrs called them and they gave me 'we're on our way routine', I said no thanks.
Called Mountain Pro, talked to Adrian, he was really helpful said he could have somebody out in the morning 8-10. Andrew showed up at 9:45, took him about 45mins to diagnose the problem. The whole time he was explaining everything to me. He ran and got the part, put it in, started it up, checked it out to make sure it was up to spec. Was here a total of 2 1/2hrs. Runs like new.
Easily give these guys 5stars. They're knowledgeable, professional, honest, just really good people.

Adrian and his team did a fantastic job replacing our old central heater and adding an AC and whole house humidifier. The team did great work and our house has never felt so comfortable. Highly recommend!

Adrian is amazing. I had no idea there were so many thing that could cause system failures. Bonus, he doesn't push subscription memberships like the big companies and is super thorough. He showed up after hours on a super cold night and got my heater working again

Adrian was great! Very quick with communication and scheduling to come out in between calls. He was also very informative to our heating problem and explained exactly what he was doing to fix it.
Adrian is trustworthy and honest with what's going on and pricing. Would highly recommend! Plus he was really great with our dog!

I contacted Chris after I had two other quotes from competitors. He sent out Derrick to check on our furnace that was short cycling. (20 year old machine, on its last legs).He cleaned the evaporator coil but that did not solve the problem. I decided to have them replace the furnace and ac at a very reasonable price compared to the others. two days later they showed up on time and did a great job in an efficient amount of time. The tecs that came out for the install was John and Derrick, unfortunately I did not catch the 3rd persons name but they were all great. I am very happy with them and would recommend Budget Heating and cooling to anyone that needs there furnace repaired or replaced.

Chris answered my call and sent out help right away. The tech was Derek and I would suggest anyone to hire him for your repair needs. Quick and absolutely awesome at what he does. In fact they were so efficient I went with them to install a new water heater after Derek fixed my furnace. Two thumbs up!! I recommend Budget Heating And Cooling to all. Dont hesitate to call. Well worth the time!

These guys are legit. I’ve finally found a company that’s honest and doesn’t oversell. I have an ancient boiler and instead of trying to sell me a new one (which I was told I needed by another HVAC company) they did a thorough diagnosis and told me the issue was fixable and best of all, they did it for a very reasonable cost. Amazing team and company!!! Owner Chris was so responsive and did everything he could to make me a priority. It ended but being I needed a new entire AC system and I decided to replace the furnace as well. The install was fast and efficient took less than 3 hours for everything. The Warenty in the parts and labor is amazing and hard to find a company that covers labor. I’m so glad I found this company and will alway recommend them to any one I know that need AC or heating repairs. Chris and his team were amazing!! I messaged him Sunday late at night and my new furnace was installed less than 24 hours later. It was 21 years old so I definitely needed a new one but Chris has a great special going on and his team was able to replace it for less than 5k with labor and lifetime warranty. Thank you!!
