I have been working with Metro Pools for years, and have always been very satisfied with their pricing and performance. Not only will I continue to use their services, I also highly recommend them to everyone I know!

My 89 year old mother became a customer of 5280 pool service Co. in 2013. For some unknown reason the bills seem to come from Metro Pools. Had one year with great service when our contact was Jessie. 20014 a Gary became the person she would contact. 2014 seasons service was ok, did get tired of the trash that was continually left behind after the twice weekly service calls. The real problem came with the closing and winterization of the pool. SLOPPY, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, are all terms that come to mind. Would not recommend for a homeowner.

This company is repairing our pool at Timberline Ridge and is going to be 19 days past the promised date of 5/26. They have no reason for this delay and think since they are that many days late nobody thought to work this weekend…if you want your pool repaired with time constraints this is not the company you need…haven’t been able to rate their work yet because they are taking their good ole time…most residents will also give them bad feedbacks for their lack of professionalism by being nearly 3 weeks late and not work Memorial weekend….good job….uh not it’s not

Metro Pools has serviced our condominium pool for the past 3 summers. The pool is always cleaned first thing in the mornings, by professional, knowledgable, and kind staff. If there was an issue/problem that came up, the staff was very quick to act and resolve the issue, so the community didn't miss out on a day at the pool. Metro Pools answers phone calls in a timely manner, and they are current with the latest knowledge and supplies to keep your pool in the best working order! I fully trust Metro Pools to take top care of our pool!

they opened my pool on 5/9 and have not been back since except to fix a leak from the opening of the pool that they are responsible for. i have emailed SO many times with no response. after emailing again today, i just received a response saying they are no longer servicing our pool. absolutely unacceptable. customer service and communication is atrocious.

This is one of the most knowledgeable pool companies in the industry. I've used Gary and Danielle now on my properties for 5 years. Gary will do whatever it takes to come up with a solution for any problem. He solved an issue for me that 3 other pool companies could not solve which had been going on for 2 years. Metro will let you know what the best ideas are for your equipment and give you a straight answer if it needs replaced or it can last or if their are better options. One of the things I love is I can get ahold of him any time. I would recommend Metro to anyone.

Quickly fixed a difficult leak and added better piping and valves. Amazing job on short notice. This is one the best and most knowledgeable pool/hydro businesses in the country much less the Denver area. Highly recommend. Extremely knowledgeable and nice. Very good people are owners and pros.

We got our pool late last summer. Metro Pools did the maintenance to our HOA pool so I asked Gary to balance our chemicals after we got our pool running. They winterized our pool last fall and just fired it up for the summer today. They are very professional and reasonably priced. We plan on using them for all of our pool needs.

Metro Pools were highly responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. They worked through a snowstorm on a very difficult pool heater replacement, honoring their deadline and solving a problem other mechanical firms were unable to in a very short amount of time. They are personable, hardworking, experienced and reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Amazing company! Absolutely wonderful communication, customer service and professionalism. We were in a bind with our multi family pool and they jumped right in and made life a breeze. Easy to reach and get immediate results. Highly recommend.

Metro Pools saved me last year when my other pool service ghosted me. They were quick to respond and took great care in making sure everything was handled properly. This year they came and opened my pool - on the date they were scheduled! Was thorough and efficient in getting my pool open and clean. Very dependable and highly recommend

If you need some cleaning down WORD OF MOUTH CLEANING is the way to go!! I had loads of laundry and so much dishes to do I didn't know how I was ever going to get to it. I work nights so I have no time in during the day seeing how I sleep but they came in and did it all with no questions asked. It feels so good not walkinh over laundry and having cups in the cupboard again Thank you so much.

Thelma went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. I’m a single male and cleaning is not my thing. Her integrity is unmatched. I hid $300 from myself in between some books and Thelma being very detailed oriented was dusting in between all my books found it and gave it to me. My house has not ever been this clean even when I moved in I highly recommend using word-of-mouth cleaners.

Sam came out and cleaned my carpets. He was very friendly and did a good job!

I called to see what their process was, pricing, and availability. Travis was very professional, explained the process, was competitive and came out on time. When they arrived you could immediately tell that they had been doing carpet cleaning for a while. They did an amazing job and left my home looking like new again. They even got some pet stains out that I did not think they would be able to. I highly recommend Travis and his team to anyone that wants affordable, quality carpet cleaning services!
