Kam was amazing!

He has helped me 3 times and has always been kind, effective, and flexible around my schedule. Initially, he was referred to me by a friend when I needed a home inspection before I purchased my home. He provided all the details requested to close on my home. Once I moved in, I asked him to assess my fireplace, which wasn’t working—he not only assessed it, but fixed it, cleaned it out, and had it working within 40 mins. He is methodical, tests, and re-tests AND best of all he’s respectful of cleaning up my home after his work.

Kam also teaches me about my home, makes suggestions on maintenance, and what to keep an eye out for. Most recently, I received a message from my Google nest that something was wrong with the fan in my furnace in the middle of winter. Kam came the same day to help and followed up to make sure things were on track.

It’s great to be able to support a small local business and get such great results. You definitely want to use HVAC Army.

Absolutely fantastic service! Kam has gone above and beyond the past several months. He has fixed gas issues, water heaters, and AC units for our rental properties and our own personal home. Kam stepped in when my home warranty company left me literally in the cold. With a major snowstorm approaching and after waiting 72 hours to hear from my warranty company, I could not wait any longer. Kam came out the same day and completed the repair just as the storm began. Kam and his team did phenomenal job installing an a/c unit and thermostat. They went above and beyond from start to finish. They arrived early. Kept their work area clean. They were very attentive in their installation as well as informative as to what they were working on. I am very happy with the amount of attention to detail they placed on their work. When they accomplish the installation, I felt that the space looked even better than it did originally. I think any time you have anyone working on your home, you want to feel confident that the people are treating you honestly. This company is the best of the best, in my opinion! They were professional and very knowledgeable. I also liked the fact that they completed the job in a timely manner. They were very responsive to our initial request (hot water heater), prompt to service our need without pushing more than required (in fact, the opposite). Great comms and updates. Did what they said they would do for the amount quoted. They explained what they were going to do, what they did do and answered any questions. Their prep and clean up were very respectful of us and our home. I would use them again and would recommend to anyone who needs a service they provide.
