After several estimates for a new evaporative cooler from various Colorado companies, I selected Mountain Pro HVAC Services LLC. I couldn't have made a better choice! CEO/President, Adrian Vargas, promptly came over in June of 2022 and assessed what was needed to replace an evaporative cooler installed in 1982. While well maintained, the whole cooler and wiring needed replacing to meet codes. It was immediately evident that Mr. Vargas is a professional of the highest caliber and highly values each customer. He presents all options and informs the customer as to the rationale for his recommendations based on his expertise and experience. He is highly credentialed and proficient in his profession. While the HVAC industry is highly competitive, it is the standard of excellence that the owner/company exemplifies that sets a company apart. Effective communication skills, attention to detail and personal integrity are the qualities that I look for when deciding who I will give my business to. Our furnace shut off in the middle of the night, we were freezing this morning! Andrew came out within an hour or so and got us up and running fast. He explained thoroughly what was happening. It is an older unit that will need replacing soon, so I will be setting an appointment for a free estimate. Highly recommend them!

Honestly, not that great of an experience. While yes, they did very much confirm my suspicions of my HVAC system needing replaced, they didn't actually end up solving the issue I'm having at this time. Honestly it felt like they just threw some parts at me, tried them and then said "welp, sorry that didn't work. We can do this but it's gonna cost you $XX more"

I would recommend for the visibility, I would not recommend because their process to solving an issue is dependent on you, the customer, spending thousands of dollars to fix an issue rather than them spending an extra 30 minutes running through different diagnoses.

Knowledgeable, honest, fair. Highly recommended. Will be doing more business with them in the future. Recharged my older unit, very upfront with other issues that could be causing low performance.

Excellent service. I had a problem with my AC unit and the home warranty repairman who came didn't do much of anything so the unit was experiencing the same problem. Mountain Pro came out and took the time to really investigate the issue and was able to fix it same day. Highly recommend Mountain Pro and will call on them again whenever I need service.

Update: I had some continued issues with my AC. Mountain Pro came out again and checked out everything and found another issue and resolved it. Now my AC unit is cooling the house like a meat locker!! It's never worked this good in the four years since I bought this house. Again, if you have any issues, call Mountain Pro!

Amazing. Two professionals arrived at my door and had the issue diagnosed in under 5 minutes. They were able to identify other improvements and safety concerns. Not only that, they explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. They were knowledgeable and confident and took time to show me what they were seeing. They are the most trustworthy HVAC service I have worked with.

Have used this company a couple of times with our evaporative cooler in the last five years, extending it's life. Prompt service, arrives in the 2 hour time window, and concisely explains problems and solutions, with very reasonable rates. Will be using their services when I eventually replace the cooler.

After experiencing issues with two previous evaporative cooler technicians, I decided to give Mountain Pro HVAC a try. To my satisfaction, I've discovered a company capable of efficiently starting up and shutting down my coolers each season. Andrew visited on Wednesday and excellently closed down two coolers for me. I must mention that Andrew is not only a very pleasant individual but also someone who works diligently without wasting time. I intend to continue using Mountain Pro HVAC's services in the coming years, as I'm confident we can establish a mutually beneficial relationship to get the job done as I expect it to be done.

I rarely post reviews, but needed to for Mountain Pro. I had a weird whistling sound that was getting worse intermittently coming through my ducts - or so I thought. Called MP and the owner, Adrian, was out the next day - a Saturday at that - with NO extra weekend service charge. He spent over 2 hours here trying to figure the cause of the phantom whistling because it was not doing it while he was here! He looked at motors and blowers and vents all over the house since I have 2 furnaces. So knowledgeable and friendly and he could have replaced any number of things and said this is probably what is causing it. But did not want to leave or charge me for anything if he was not sure! Longer story short: Eventually the sound manifested and we discovered it was actually coming from a bad float in a toilet! Not an HVAC issue at all. He would not charge me more than just the $120 diagnostic call though I said he deserved more for all his work. This is now my go to company for anything HVAC!
