Reviews of local pros in Bailey, Colorado

I want to cry tears of joy! We recently purchased a home with a septic system. We have been experiencing horrific smells consistently in our home. I was referred to H2 by our septic company. Herb came out and diagnosed the issue in no time! There was a vent pipe that had been cut off during the roof replacement. Herb had everything he needed with him to complete the repair same visit. He is extremely knowledgeable and a master in his field. I also want to say Bonnie is so kind and helpful when you call the office! We will be using them for all of our plumbing and heating needs hands down!

My 25 year old boiler furnace finally gave up. I admit, there was sticker shock at the cost of replacement. I checked a few sources and decided to use H2. Their quote was competitive, but even included more work than the other plumbers. They did a great job. My new boiler looks futuristic and works great! Thanks H2.

We had the misfortune of our hot water heater going out on Sunday night, right before my in-laws were scheduled to visit the following Thursday. We live in the mountains, which makes it difficult to find people who service our area. Thankfully, we found H2 Plumbing & Heating. They truly saved the day for us.

We called H2 on Monday, and they kindly squeezed us in the same day because, in their words, “no one should be without hot water.” After a quick and professional assessment, they explained that while a repair was possible, it would take several visits and involve finding a compatible part, since the original part for our 16 year-old unit is likely no longer made. With the repair costing about half the price of a new unit, replacement was clearly the best choice.

The estimate H2 Plumbing & Heating provided us for the replacement was straightforward and transparent. There were no hidden costs. It included the new water heater, all labor, and hauling away the old unit.

Even with short notice, they fit us in the very next day to install a brand new water heater, ensuring everything was ready well before our family arrived. They are not only skilled and efficient but also kind, personable, and genuinely caring people.

We’re so glad we found H2 Plumbing & Heating. We won’t hesitate to call them again in the future or recommend them to friends and family. They really went above and beyond for us. Thank you!
