Fast response, was very informative & let us know exactly what was wrong & showed us what needed replaced and repaired.
I was worried because our heater stopped working & the temperature was going to drop overnight. I would absolutely recommend. Friendly, great service, clean & fairly priced.

Called for AC service, spoke with owner. He stated that he would call me back...hmm. never heard back. 😕

He was the first one I could get out when my furnace went out. Replaced a blade fuse on the control board. I thought great simple fix! Then the burners were not getting enough gas. He banged on the pipes and told me to call the gas company I wasn't getting enough pressure even though my other gas appliances worked. Called the gas company. Took them 2 minutes to test the pressure inside the furnace. Pressure was fine. They don't service appliances but they thought it was the gas valve inside the furnace. Called another company and told them the gas company suspected the gas valve. They brought the part with them. About a 10 minute fix. Just seemed like Comfort Guy either didn't know what to check for or didn't want to be here. Thankful for the fuse replacement though.

Definitely reputable great service mike the technician came earlier then I expected my dad is 75 and his ac has quit corridor comfort came in same day after a holiday I expected to wait until monday then even showed up earlier then appointment time we figured out the issue thanks again id recommend 10/10 Mike is a good guy for sure

Mike was great to have clean out my furnace and AC. He was punctual, honest, and was more than happy to give advice on ways to better maintain my system without trying to sell things. He also knew city code better than any other companies I have had look at my system in the past, so he was able to advise on things that might need changed in the future.

Perfect service, came on a Sunday pricing was very reasonable for a Sunday. He was at my home within 2hrs of my call. He was 50% lower in pricing than the company who had installed my AC unit when my home was built. I have recommended this company to my neighbors!

Mike did a water heater worked for us on an early Sunday morning a while ago. We had a carbon monoxide leak from the heater due to poor installation from a previous owner and we needed an urgent help asap. Reach out to many people on a cold September and Mike was the only person available. He was able to show up right away, saw the issue right away and was able to get it fixed. Was very surprised that he diagnose the issue as I thought he would’ve said it would be an arm and a leg repair but it wasn’t. His price I deemed is reasonable and is super honest. Will definitely use him again for any plumbing work
