After a wayward tenant left our rental condo in a mess we reached out to Maid Pro to help us with a deep clean. Stephanie and Dani were responsive and communicated promptly with me. It was a big job and their customer service was outstanding. In today’s world it is rare to work with a company that strives for excellence. I felt like Maid Pros was professional and honest. I will happily use them again!

MaidPro has cleaned for us several months now. In the past when we brought some concerns to management's attention, they were addressed promptly. Today's cleaning was thorough and performed efficiently.

We have used MaidPro for over a year for our community bathrooms/showers and laundry facilities. Excellent service and great communication from the staff and owners when we need extras or corrections. Highly recommend

We booked a 4-hour move out deep clean. Company sent 2 very young females who clearly had very little experience. All items were out of home, nothing to work around, only 2 bed 1 bath.

First, late arrival. Second, not ensuring good clean. Would leave a dust pile in the corner or brushed baseboard dust into the Y in the corner. Asked them to clean again, they did but there was no difference.

They asked for 2 more hours at the 3 hour mark because they weren't halfway through. We approved the additional time (with 2 additional hours of pay) so it would be complete.

We had to leave before they were done. When we returned the next day, with the landlord for the walk through we found 2 areas not touched and under the kitchen sink not done either. Spent almost $600 and still had to clean the extra areas with the landlord looking on 😞

Don't use them.

Bee was fantastic! Did amazing work, quickly and efficiently. Great price. Great service. Helped so much with getting our place ready. 11/10 would recommend.

I feel like I was Told that my cleaner would do more than she does. I don’t think it is her fault. I think it’s what you tell people to get them to sign up, and train them how you want them to clean so that they get done in the allotted time the customer pays for. I could be wrong , and I don’t blame Nevaeh at all. I enjoy her and that is something nice to have in a cleaning person. Nevaeh is very sweet!!!!!
