We used ProClean Services for carpet cleaning in our new home before we moved in. Caly was professional, responsive and all around wonderful to work with. She was able to accommodate my request for fragrance-free solution for our carpet cleaning. Would definitely recommend this business and use their services in the future.

After having PROCLEAN clean our carpets beautifully, we contacted Miguel again and he came to clean our upholstered furniture. Again an efficient beautiful job. This is a good company.

Caly and Victor did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets that hadn’t been cleaned in years with two small children running wild! They looked brand new as well as my area rugs! They were easy to book with, on time, quick and efficient, and great people to have in my home I wouldn’t use anyone else!

My house looks wonderful after a 3 hour cleaning. Very happy with the results and friendliness of the cleaners. Love how you can book based off a number of hours and prioritize what is important to the customer.

I would not use this company again. The quality of cleaning and communication was extremely poor. Prior to the cleaning crew arriving, we were quoted a flat hourly rate of 47.5 for a team of 3. There was no mention of it being per person per hour. We have used cleaning services in the past and have only ever been charged a flat hourly rate no matter how many people were sent to the house for the job. We were more than happy to pay for the services rendered but the billing rate should have been more clearly communicated.

The cleaning crew sent to the house was very friendly and professional. However, we found several areas that had not been cleaned such as the master bathroom & walk in closet, a guest bathroom, main living area, and the kitchen microwave. We had asked for the beds not to be made since we were in the middle of stripping them to be washed. Yet, time was spent doing this anyway. So, no, we were not completely satisfied with the job that was done.

The lead on the cleaning crew did mention the company had reoccurring services. However, based on the quality of work and how management has handled the billing miscommunication, we would not use this company again.

ProClean Services is top-notch thoughtfulness, cleaning, and affordability. Their website provides online scheduling with ease, and communicating with them is a breeze. They've been to our house a few times, and we're so impressed with, and grateful for their work. We have two large dogs who shed and blow their long haired coats year round, and were awe-struck to see that ProClean services had cleaned so thoroughly top-bottom that it looked like a brand new house. Seriously, our couches were covered in dog hair, and I came home to what looked like brand-new couches. They are just so thoughtful about their work, and put our dog's toys in their crates/beds. The house not only looks amazing, it FEELS and SMELLS amazing!!! We're going on vacation this week, and Samantha and Iolana came and made sure our house was in perfect condition (cleaning entire house/showers/etc). Don't hesitate to book them. They are the best!

Best cleaning service available, each time they clean our home it sparkles and shines! They are efficient with a fabulous eye for detail always going beyond my expectations. Each team is great, but today Victor and Lilliana were super stars!

Pro Clean was able to get me in their schedule really fast. They were fast and efficient and made my carpets look fabulous. I highly recommend them.

I just had ProClean services help me get ready for a graduation party on short notice...and they did an AMAZING job! The crew arrived exactly when the proactive text messages said they would, and they absolutely crushed it. I was shocked at how quickly they worked, and was really impressed with the quality. I've been in commercial construction for over 20 years and have hired final clean contractors on every job, and I can tell you that these folks are truly rockstars!

ProClean does an incredible job. Their communication is fast and reliable. The staff is super friendly, professional and efficient. I had an issue earlier in the year that I communicated to Carly and she was so responsive and super respectful of my concerns and I haven’t had an issue since then. I have a large breed dog and each team does a great job of getting all of the dog hair off our floors. My kitchen is spotless and our kids rooms and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned. We have busy lives with work and our 3 kids in sports and I absolutely love coming home when I know ProClean has been there. I would highly recommend ProClean service's. They are truly the best!

Cali cleaners/ Pro clean Services are great. We use them all the time for our construction job cleanings. They are easy to schedule with and flexible. They are in and out and do a great job as well as reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them if you need some cleaning done!!
